交感 [Koukan] — ACTIVATION Somewhere past the official star-maps of Illuminaria, on the tiny planet that still keeps the last illuminated oasis of mystery, a handshake finally happens that the high seers did not authorize. 交感 [Koukan] is not a label so much as a sympathetic exchange node: sound for light, groove for permission, body for grid. The third transmission is the moment the node goes live. Fake mystiks and catalog seers have spent a generation selling illumination by subscription. ACTIVATION is the counter-ritual. Four protocols. One floor. No petition. 1. ACTIVATION (illuminarian mystic's mix) The switch. Broken beat leaning into deep tech, then tipping over the edge into techno without asking first. A checked, driving kick and bassline that feels like a door being kicked from the inside. Over it: female Japanese vocalists braided into traditional spiritual melody — not décor, liturgy. This is the mystic's mix because the oasis still remembers how prayer used to move when it was allowed to sweat. Expect the room to lean forward around bar sixteen and not lean back. 2. SERAPHIM (dreaming mind mix) Once the node is on, the higher layer answers. Driving groove, trippy vocals, deep tech cut with techno and just enough minimal space to let the hallucination breathe. Built for the floor, with a breakdown that is actually a brief visit to the dreaming mind — the place Dance Spirit has been smuggling people into for years. Seraphim, here, are not polite angels. They are the ones who show up when the kick stays honest long enough. Fun on purpose. 3. edge of reality (2026 rejuvenation protocol) An older transmission, pulled out of the archive because the floor still needed it. This is not nostalgia; it is engineering. The 2026 rejuvenation protocol is a full sonic / mixdown / mastering pass so the record hits like it always meant to — tighter low end, cleaner edges, more air around the weird. Sexy French vocals ride out-there synths and grooves that keep sliding just off the map. If ACTIVATION is the switch and SERAPHIM is the vision, this is the reminder that the edge of reality is a place you can mix. Play it when the room thinks it already knows the song. 4. antidote (alkitek recipe mix) After you tear a hole in a culture of fake seers, somebody has to hand out medicine. Groovy minimal deep-tech house. Dub chords like a compress on the chest. Percussion and bassline that walk instead of preach. The alkitek recipe is practical: cool the nervous system, keep the hips moving, don't let the activation burn the vessel. This is the come-down that still belongs on a dance floor — the part where King Freak and Robotek look at each other over the decks and pretend neither of them just felt the oasis say a name neither of them knows yet.
**PBTM207 – Rodd Sim – Glamour**\n\nFollowing on from his recent *Didgeridoo* release, Rodd Sim returns to Pro B Tech Music with *Glamour*, another release that comes with plenty of different angles across the package.\n\nThe Extended Mix introduces the track in its full form, with its vocal, deep rolling groove and melodic elements gradually working their way into the arrangement. An Instrumental Mix is also included, allowing the music and production to take centre stage without the vocal.\n\n2Reels takes *Glamour* somewhere altogether darker with the Grim Dub. Stripped back, hypnotic and deliberately patient, it's a late-night interpretation that builds slowly around the groove and gives the original a very different feel.\n\nFramewerk then deliver three contrasting takes of their own. Their Vocal Remix keeps the vocal at the heart of things while reshaping the track for the dancefloor, before the Acid Dub heads into deeper territory with a tougher, more twisted edge. Rounding things off, the Poolside Remix changes the mood again, bringing a warmer and more laid-back feel to *Glamour* while still keeping its progressive roots firmly intact.\n\nFrom the vocal-led originals through to deeper dubs and the more relaxed Poolside treatment, there's a lot of variety across PBTM207, with each version offering something genuinely different from the last.\n\nAs with every single release, and every single purchase, download, stream, share I cannot thank you enough, the support keeps us going\n\nThank you\n\nBrent@PBTM
