Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — we don't prorate or offer partial refunds for the remaining time.
We don't offer a time-limited trial, but our Free plan lets you browse all charts and search artists/labels at no cost. You can upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready for notifications and tracking.
When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you're not satisfied. After that, we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods. Contact us at support if you have concerns.
Your subscription price is locked in at the rate you signed up for. If we raise prices in the future, existing subscribers keep their current rate.
