Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor.
We never store your card details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Managing your subscription
Once subscribed, you can manage your plan from the Subscription section of your account:
- View your current plan — See your subscription details and next billing date
- Change your plan — Upgrade or downgrade between available tiers
- Update payment method — Change your card through the Stripe billing portal
- View invoices — Access past invoices through the billing portal
- Cancel your subscription — Cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again after the current period ends
- Your notification settings are preserved in case you resubscribe later
- You can still browse charts and profiles with the free tier
Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you're not satisfied with the service. After the 7-day window, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price lock guarantee
Your subscription price is locked in at the rate you signed up for. If we raise prices in the future, existing subscribers keep their current rate for as long as their subscription remains active.
Failed payments
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Stripe will retry the charge a few times over several days. We'll also send you an email notification so you can update your payment method.
If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled and you'll revert to the free tier. Your notification settings are preserved and will be restored when you resubscribe.
