Getting Started

Everything you need to know to start tracking your chart placements on Beatport and Spotify.

1 Create your account

Head to the registration page and create your free account. You can sign up with your email address, or use Google or Twitter for a quicker setup.

After registering, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account before proceeding.

2 Explore charts for free

Even without a paid subscription, you can browse all of BeatTracker's chart data:

  • Labels — See which labels are charting across all genres
  • Artists — Find any artist and view their chart history
  • Genres — Browse charts by specific Beatport genre

Use the search bar on the home page to look up any artist, label, or genre by name.

3 Subscribe to unlock notifications

To receive automatic email alerts when your content charts, you'll need a paid subscription. Visit the pricing page to see available plans.

Once subscribed, you can track up to 5 artists, labels, or URLs across Beatport and Spotify.

4 Set up your notifications

After subscribing, go to your Notifications dashboard to add the artists or labels you want to track. You can add them by:

  • Searching by artist or label name
  • Pasting a Beatport or Spotify URL directly

BeatTracker will scan charts daily and email you whenever a new placement is detected for any of your tracked entries.

5 Stay informed

That's it. BeatTracker runs automatically in the background. You'll receive email notifications as soon as new chart placements are found. No need to log in and check manually.

You can always return to the site to browse charts, view full profiles, or manage your notification settings.
