Her Polyphonic Eating series, begun in 2022, has evolved into a transformative approach experimenting with modern culinary environments, applying concepts of Oliveros-inspired deep listening and the heightening of perception through a theatrical marriage of multisensory elements, set in intimate venues. Her relocation from Vancouver to London and immersion in a new location also contributed towards developing perspectives on sounds and sonic inputs that ultimately shaped the direction of these tracks.

Wata Igarashis first album on Dekmantel is a lightning bolt of immediate, immersive and impactful techno energy that maximises his trademark tunnelling rhythms and psychoactive arpeggios with stunning results. Compared to some of his dreamier releases on labels like Midgar, The Bunker New York and Delsin, here were treated to a more intense, hi-octane dimension to Igarashis sound perfectly demonstrated in the wide-eyed, invigorating rush of Shockwave, Meltzones nagging acid frenzy and Unleasheds delirious, pitch-bent peaks. Precision honed and revelling in the hypnotic abandon of the loop, My Supernova is a techno album through and through, but its also overflowing with the kind of head-melting creativity and nuanced production that Igarashi has made his own. Just lose yourself in the giddy arps of Supernova a joyous whirlpool of synths upon synths upon synths reaching fever pitch without even a hint of brute force.

Path of Life
Time flies! Eight years have passed since Hatikwa released a full-length album. A lot has happened in Hatikwas life since 2017. The pandemic, for example, affected everyone in the music industry and disrupted all future plans. After this unfamiliar period, a new and hungry, but diverse psy-trance scene emerged. Not every promoter and artist was able to handle this change. Fortunately, Hatikwa opened his own label Xonica Records for new and unknown, but creative artists who needed a foundation for their art. Many of these artists are also represented on the new album. And to everyones delight and despite of all this, Hatikwa also became a father for the first time in 2021. Time passes inexorably. What hasnt changed since 2017, however, is that Hatikwa has constantly evolved his music. This new album Path of Life showcases the musical process of eight years of constant change. Both, the positive and negative events of this time, were able to flow into Path of Life. This is perhaps Hatikwas most personal work to date.
