Dubruvvas return with their second release on Transparent Audio this year, this time set to take the drum & bass and dubstep scene by storm with two outstanding tracks showcasing the full force of their production. 'Notions' opens the release with a stripped-back, minimal approach, built around rolling drums, weighty sub-bass and intricate sound design. Dubruvvas keep the arrangement tight and purposeful, allowing each element to hit with maximum impact while maintaining the groove and movement expected from a proper dancefloor roller. On the flip, 'Mic Man' brings longtime collaborators Limmz & Kaisan T to the forefront for a full-blown dubstep and grime workout. The two MCs lock into the track with effortless chemistry, trading bars over a grime-infused rhythm and creating an iconic flow that drives the track from start to finish. As with every release, Dubruvvas continue to push their production and style forward, refining their sound and raising the bar with each new record. 'Notions' / 'Mic Man' captures that progression perfectly, moving between minimal drum & bass and heavyweight dubstep while bringing together Dubruvvas' evolving production style with the raw energy of two distinctive UK MCs. FOXDEVILSWILD is a compilation bringing together talented artists from Germany whose music we love and appreciate. For us, music has always been about connection. Just like when preparing our DJ sets, we curated this VA mindfully, choosing artists not only for their unique sound but also for the wonderful people behind the music. It's a personal passion project built on connections, creativity and a shared love for music. Every artist on this lineup is someone whose music we admire and with whom we share a connection. Beyond musical styles or big names, we wanted to bring together great people and their unique sounds, creating a compilation that reflects the diversity and creativity of the German underground scene. The title FOXDEVILSWILD is a playful, literal translation of the German word "fuchsteufelswild," meaning absolutely furious or driven crazy. It's one of those wonderfully ridiculous German-to-English translations that perfectly captures the wild energy of this compilation. The compilation originally had a different title, but we followed our gut and chose something more playful, with a direct connection to the German language. The name also inspired the incredible artwork by Amir Daana, who brought the whole idea to life. Compiled by: Pachahanna & KOZY Artwork: Daana Design Mastering: Airi @ FA Studio, Japan

Chime returns with a duo of attempts at 140 that ended up diverting into some weird and wonderful places. "PS1 Dub" draws from the realm of the original Playstation's startup sounds / atmosphere while "Restraint" distills the vibes of the game "Rain World" to capture a feeling of struggle with writer's block. Austeria's debut album, 'Fields of Asphodel,' brings us into the depths of the Underworld and tells the tale of how the dark queen became sovereign over the liminal realm. Simultaneously, the album tells a story of introspection and shadow work - inviting the listener on a journey inward to face and accept all facets of themselves while stepping into their power.
