https://www.instagram.com/_t_g_o_e_/\n\nSince 2019, Phil Coopers Through Gods Own Eyes label has offered a platform for tracks and EPs united not by a specific style or sub-genre, but rather sheer, unadulterated club potential. This broad-but-focused approach has allowed Cooper to showcase a blend of floor-focused nu-disco, deep house, psychedelic chuggers and now, via long-serving Bristolian DJ/producer Nick Warren, soaring and melody-rich progressive house.\n\nWarren, of course, is one of the chief architects of the popular, far-sighted style. One half of pioneering duo Way Out West, one of progressive houses leading lights since the 1990s, Warren has taken his solo productions to labels including Hope Recordings (an imprint he co-founded in the early 2000s), Bedrock, Global Underground and, most recently, his own The Soundgarden stable.\n\nOn Waves, his first Through Gods Own Eyes outing, Warren channels the spirit of Ibizan dancefloors at dusk, wrapping sparkling, sun-soaked melodic motifs, sustained chords, fluttering synth-flutes and dreamy pads around a shuffling, electro-influenced breakbeat and deep, smooth bass. In typical fashion, its a loved-up, emotion-rich affair powered forward by tuneful positivity and summer-warm atmospherics.\n\nWarrens ear-catching original comes backed by a strong remix package, led by a Paul James Nolan revision that recently earned a rapturous response when Warren dropped it at the Balance Croatia festival in Tisno. Opting for more driving 4/4 beats, throbbing bass and a constantly building arrangement, Nolan has turned Waves intro a trance-inducing future progressive house anthem.\n\nThe Grids Richard Norris steps up next, opting for a deeper and more hypnotic flex while retaining the dancefloor focus and picturesque beauty of Warrens original mix. Flutes flutter, synths pulse and futurist electronics fizz, all while Norriss sturdy, non-stop groove and deep, rumbling bassline carry you forward. Its a predictably impressive revision from the experienced producer.\n\nBelfast-based Scouser Simon Sheldon, one third of NuNorthern Soul-signed Balearic outfit Visions of Light, rounds off the EP with a classic-sounding, late-90s inspired progressive house revision. Tactile and slowly unfurling, its a quietly impressive rework that simmers impressively from start to finish all subtle acid lines, sweeping chords, elastic bass and rolling house beats.\n\n\n\n\nDistributed by Strikeforce 360 Media\nhttps://x.com/STRIKEFORCE360\nhttp://www.instagram.com/strikeforce360/\nhttp://www.facebook.com/Strikeforce360

The Soundgarden presents a new release from the boss, Nick Warren, with "Only I Know What You Said", featuring remixes from Emi Galvan and Electronic Youth, alongside another original called "Big Down". Only I Know What You Said brings Nick's melodic and atmospheric touch, with Emi Galvan adding his own progressive interpretation and Electronic Youth taking the track into a more driving direction. The release is completed by Big Down, a fresh Nick Warren original with its own character and energy, making this a diverse and exciting package for the dancefloor. Another collection of music from the heart of The Soundgarden.
