Italian producer Ivory arrives on SPECTRUM with 'Fantasy'. Known for his releases across Exit Strategy, TAU, Siamese, Sapiens and beyond, Ivory brings his instinctive understanding of the dancefloor to a new home, delivering something precise and purposeful. The EP is built on a simple but uncompromising philosophy: keep the floor moving, always. Structures are linear and intentional, powerful bass synths lock in deep, and rhythmic tension is held firm throughout... no hollow breakdowns, no moments of doubt. Just music engineered to make people dance. The title track, 'Fantasy,' thrives on rhythmic tension. Percussive layers intertwine and tighten, creating a sense of constant propulsion, while a commanding low-end pulse locks dancers into its hypnotic flow. On the flip, 'Keep Movin On' channels a tribal mood, driven by a scything bass synth groove that cuts deep and rides relentlessly. Rhythmic textures meet a sharper edge, resulting in a track that feels both primal and futuristic.

Berlin-based producer Kaufmann returns to SPECTRUM with 'Space Sheriff', a groove-fuelled cut that blends classic house swing with a playful, sci-fi twist. Hot on the heels of her recent Drumcode single 'People Are Strange', Kaufmann is in formidable form. 'Space Sheriff' follows her imaginatively titled and heavy-hitting SPECTRUM debut 'John Otto', doubling down on the producer's knack for crafting dancefloor records that balance personality with power. Inspired by classic, swing-driven house grooves, 'Space Sheriff' rides on a tightly wound, funky bassline that forms its backbone. Through slick modern processing, that groove mutates into something distinctly futuristic, layering subtle psychedelic textures and cosmic flourishes over its rolling foundation. The result is a track that feels equal parts warehouse-weapon and intergalactic joyride. Built for adventure.
The meeting of two Dutch musical masters, Joris Voorn's rework of Moonman's 'Don't Be Afraid' pays tribute to one of trance music's most enduring anthems while reintroducing it to a new generation of dancefloors. Originally released in 1996 on Sci-Fi Records, 'Don't Be Afraid' was one of three seminal Moonman singles - alongside Galaxia and First Light - that helped define the golden era of Trance. Moonman was, of course, one of the earliest aliases of Ferry Corsten, and it was the track's goosebump-inducing synth melody that first propelled him, albeit anonymously, into the global consciousness of the dance music scene, laying the foundations for a truly storied career. For Spectrum boss Joris Voorn, revisiting such a revered classic is a bold move; but one handled with deep respect and clear intent. His rework retains the emotional core and iconic melody of the original, while layering in a weighty low-end and rattling snares to give the track a renewed power and drive. The result is a glorious rush of nostalgia and fresh emotion, lifting 'Don't Be Afraid' once more into the stratosphere. exactly where it belongs.

Seasoned Swiss producer, KHAINZ, fresh back from rocking the Half Moon festival in Thailand and announcing his forthcoming Tomorrowland solstice, peaks again with a debut release for Joris Voorn's Spectrum. A brilliant brace is fronted by the title track 'The Drift'... 'When I synthesized the bass of The Drift I knew it could be something great!' The coarseness of the synth adds a layer of dirt and imposing power, which together with the contrasting pureness of its melody works to create a powerful dancefloor moment. The techno tandem is complete with 'Elevation,' a track that reaches new heights via its growling, all-conquering bassline. 'The bass definitely makes Elevation unique and it works so well on the dancefloor. Both tracks are extremely punchy, whilst not being too hard.' The Spectrum family continues to grow and we couldn't be more excited to welcome Khainz aboard. You catch our drift?
