Hailing artists like Dillinja and the innovation of his seminal 'My Sound' album, Molecular has a passion for classic production techniques and keeping it simple; going back to basics and focusing on the roots. 'It's all about the bass, the music, the dancefloor. The many styles that have been influenced by or directly born from dub music and soundsystem culture have taken the globe by storm, but we can never forget the roots of these styles and genres'. With DLR a key supported from early on, releasing his 'Skank EP' in late 2020, Molecular has built a strong following since, with Alix Perez, DJ Marky, Break, Kasra, Doc Scott and Skeptical being just a few standout and consistent supporters. Introducing Acris' debut EP, "Discombobulate." Acris, a talented rising star in the Austrian Drum & Bass scene, has been passionate about rhythm since he was a kid, finding joy and inspiration in drumming. He began dabbling in music production back in 2015, exploring various genres and tempos along the way. However, it wasn't until 2022 that he stumbled upon Drum & Bass, and he instantly felt like the musical piece he'd been searching for. The genre's infectious rhythms and vibrant energy struck a chord with him, igniting a newfound passion that has since defined his musical journey and sculpting this sound and style. In his debut EP, he presents two electrifying solo tracks perfect for the dancefloor. Plus, he joins forces with his close friend and fellow Austrian producer Endorphine, on the dynamic track "Circuits." And not forget his collaboration with the talented wordsmith Freddy B from Manchester on the trackĀ "Effortless."
