Symmetry welcomes a serious link-up as Amoss & Minor Form join forces for The Set EP. With releases spanning heavyweight imprints like CIA, Flexout Audio, V Recordings and Sofa Sound, both producers have carved out reputations for precision, depth, and tight production. When you see these two names on a track together, you know it's going to be quality. The Set EP delivers three dark, moody rollers. Stripped-back, groovy, and locked tight from start to finish. No hype needed. Just refined production and undeniable weight from two artists stepping onto the imprint the right way. Proper hurters for The Set.
Imbued with the power of the thriving sonic monoculture that now dominated the planet that it had landed on millennium ago, the effigy began transmission. Empowered by the fervent spirit of its worshippers who hummed in harmony on the planet's surface, the effigy transfused their combined acoustic energy into the creation of a great portal in the sky. Opening with a resounding thunderclap as the very fabric of space was torn asunder by sound, the gathered worshippers looked on with awe at the scene which awaited at the portal's other side. Above them was an image of another effigy of incomprehensible scale that floated gracefully amidst the void of space. In its outstretched palms lay a number of planetoids, whilst at its center lay yet two more hands that beckoned as if to them all. Then in their planet's core sprung forth a resonance of unique character, which pulled at the wills of all those gathered. Though this solar system had long been their home, they understood that they must now venture beyond its remote confines and settle before the heart of the great effigy, in the waiting grasp of its resting arms. United in this will and empowered by the consonant thrumming of their own planetary effigy, their planet broke from its orbit and began to drift upwards on a course that would see it passing through the portal and settling into its new home at the place where THE CULT OF BASS had its genesis. MNDSCP unveils the full breadth of THE CULT OF BASS for the ears of the EATBRAIN horde, which sees one of the label's most storied artists deliver an album rippling with low frequency sequences designed to inspire dancefloor fervor in all who hear them.
