Juicebox Musics 83rd release welcomes Redspace back to the imprint with a special collaboration with Shell Robinson on a single titled Reflections. Redspace made his debut on our imprint through his contribution to our 2nd edition of the Fables compilation with his single Communication. The Russian artists extensive discography showcases his undeniable strength in music production, having been featured on labels such as Miss Moniques Area Verde, Guy Mantzurs Plattenbank and MoodFreak & Mike Koglins YOMO, to name a few. Apart from his solo works, hes had phenomenal results through collaborations with artists across the world. He now teams up with Shell Robinson, a veteran progressive artist based in San Jose, California (USA). A classically trained pianist who found her way into house music, her journey began in 2000, drawing inspiration from industry legends. Amidst hardships, Shell Robinson always found solace in the music and continued to evolve her style, embracing the progressive sound through the years. Now entering the production space, her first two collaborative releases with Redspace landed up on Gav Easbys inU and Paul Thomas UV Noir, respectively, with a solo EP slated to be released in the near future. Together, Redspace & Shell Robinsons latest offering Reflections represents a beautifully composed yet club-effective amalgamation of their styles. First up to remix Reflections is Juan Ibañez. The La Rioja (Argentina) born artist sculpted his sound through the years into truly expressing the fundamentals of his ideology - emotion through progression via captivating melodies, euphoric harmonies and vibrant rhythms. In just under 5 years of being active in the scene, Juan Ibañezs productions have been consistently championed by the industry tastemakers and earned releases on renowned labels like Nick Warrens The Soundgarden & Mangos Mango Alley. Now making his Juicebox Music debut with this special remix of Redspace & Shell Robinsons Reflections, Juan Ibañezs signature style shines bright by taking key elements from the original and elevating it to a euphoric interpretation. Closing the pack with the final remix of Redspace & Shell Robinsons Reflections is another label debutant - Julieta Künhle, a rising star hailing from Rosario (Argentina). Falling in love with the sound & starting to DJ at a very young age, carefully moulding her style & musical taste through the years, Julieta Künhle climbed the ranks to become a highly sought after artist, playing around the country at eminent venues & events. Stepping into the production world as early as 2021, Julieta immediately made her mark in the industry with releases on reputable labels like Armen Mirans Hoomidaas, Mangos Mango Alley & the legendary US-based Proton, to name a few. For her take on Reflections, Julieta Künhle infuses her groove-focused style whilst adding counter-harmonies to the memorable original elements, making it a playful & dance floor friendly rendition.
Clubsonica Records rounds out the year by welcoming Paul Deep back to the label for a new EP. Hailing from Argentina, Paul Deep has been a fixture of the progressive house scene for over a decade. The Buenos Aires resident first rose to prominence with a string of early projects for Sound Avenue affiliate 3rd Avenue, where he established a groovy, progressive style that made him a name to watch. Continuing to perfect his craft going forward, Paul earned the support of genre tastemakers Lee Burridge, Guy Mantzur, Henry Saiz, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, in turn landing him releases via All Day I Dream, Natura Sonoris, Plattenbank, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden. Clubsonica would also become a comfortable home for the Argentine, with five appearances on the label across a seven-year stretch. Now, following an impressive debut for Cristophs Consequence Of Society imprint, Paul returns to Clubsonica for his first solo artist EP Lilac | Refracted, alongside remixes from Ilias Katelanos & Plecta and Afterburn. Continuing to survey newfound sounds, Paul crafts one of his most memorable productions to date in Lilac. Full of deep yet energetic qualities, the elusive talent smoothly blends thunderous kick drums and muscular grooves with emerging melodies and inventive percussive arrangements. Smoothly evolving across the main break, elastic-like stabs coax perfectly with a panoramic arp and haunting backdrop, creating an air of anticipation, before smoothly segueing into a mesmerizing finale. Beneath the immersive qualities of Lilac lies the equally intriguing vibes of Refracted. The Buenos Aires resident expounds his lavish future vision here, with obsessive rhythms and hyperspace sonics blanketing punishing beats and techno-inspired grooves. Clever percussive co-actions marry looping hypnotism and orbiting effects, while a meditative break complete with percolating modulation and a siren-like build preludes a finale of carefully controlled sonic manipulations. Making their label debut with the lone interpretation of Lilac are Ilias Katelanos & Plecta. Based in Greece, and often paired together as a creative collaborative force, Ilias Katelanos and Plecta have carved out a unique sonic identity in the world of electronic music and organic house, resulting in a string of uniquely crafted records that present a resonant worldly sound. A combined discography highlighted by releases via Melody Of The Soul, Musique de Lune, Rubicunda, Songuara and UV has made them an in demand production duo. Prolific and creative across 2024, Ilias and Plecta now round out the year debuting on Clubsonica with an epic rendition of Lilac. Opting for a peak time approach, the duo carefully balances the mood and vibe from the Original with their own distinctive style. Evoking energy and emotion throughout, Ilias and Plecta dodge expectations and emphasize their conceptual charm, as hypnagogic motifs and deconstructed vocals unveil a semi-conscious dreamland for a finale of mesmerizing progression. The release concludes with After Burn making his label debut with the lone interpretation of Refracted. Leandro Moyano aka After Burn first emerged a decade ago as part of the Some Little Things production duo. Rising up through Argentinas progressive house scene, Some Little Things would record projects for 3rd Avenue, Beat Boutique and Movement Recordings, amongst others. 2017 would see Leandro coin his After Burn alias and move forward with a renewed focus and fresh sound, with the moniker making its debut via Antrims Or Two Strangers in October of that year with La Mandolina. The next seven years would see After Burn continue to develop his solo alias through projects for Balkan Connection, Hoomidaas, One Of A Kind and Movement Recordings. Perhaps most notable however was a return to Or Two Stranger earlier this year with his most creative offering to date, the two-track showcase Wrong Attitude. Now, rounding out the year in style, After Burn debuts on Clubsonica with a fresh take on Refracted. Landing with a resounding thump, the Cordoba finds success with a tight dancefloor minded approach. Punchy kick drums and hypno-grooves marry perfectly with flickering percussion and pyrotechnic effects as the first act takes shape. Sonics mutate to surreal proportions across the break, bringing equal amounts of tension and anticipation, before a striking build cues an effects laden drop and percussion driven finale. Clubsonica Records rounds out the month of November with a new EP from label boss Juan Pablo Torrez and Jossem. Colombian artist and Clubsonica label boss Juan Pablo Torrez has compiled an impressive resume since first emerging in 2007. Mango Alley, Plattenbank, The Soundgarden, UV and more have served as landing spots for his progressive creations, while world class DJs Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren have been steadfast supporters along the way. Also highly regarded as a DJ, Juan remains one of Colombias premiere talents, sharing the stage with Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sasha, Tim Green, D-Nox and more. Meanwhile, also calling Colombia home is Jossem who arrives as one of his countrys new names in progressive house. A collaborative partnership with fellow countryman Kamilo Sanclemente has yielded standout projects for Nick Warrens The Soundgarden, Manual Music and SLC-6 Music across the last eighteen months. Of late, the Cali resident has been operating in solo capacity, turning out a pair of quality offerings for Freegrant Music affiliate Nova Mova. Now, combining their extensive forces for the first time via Clubsonica, Juan Pablo Torrez and Jossem unveil their Lost In Love | Ambar EP, alongside remixes from Marcelo Vasami, Hicky & Kalo and Abity. Lead selection Lost in Love finds Juan and Jossem introducing the emotive vocals of Velveta. A precious talent from Cali, Colombia who has already collaborated with some of electronic musics finest innovators and labels such as Anjunadeep, Songuara and UV. Here the trio flex their creative muscles and craft a nostalgic progressive house gem, a sprawling production that would be equally at home above a festival skyline or sitting in the emotional sweet spot of an end of the night scenario. The companion piece Ambar follows suit and lands in equally impressive fashion with a strong sense of drive and swing heavy rhythms. Although this looping hypnotism does not fail to command your attention, its slow burning anticipation, orbiting effects and otherworldly breakdown ultimately seal what is a mid-set masterpiece. Making his label debut with the first interpretation of Lost in Love is Marcelo Vasami. As one of Argentinas longest standing progressive house DJs Marcelo Vasami first hit the scene in 2005. The Buenos Aires resident quickly became one of the genres most recognizable names, showcasing his music via Sudbeat, Replug and Hope Recordings. Now with a career that spans the better part of two decades, Marcelo continues to be one of his countrys most popular DJs, having shared the stage with Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J and Cid Inc. A recent partnership with progressive house icon Hernan Cattaneo has seen the duo become a formidable remix team, in turn delivering their club friendly touch to Armen Miran, BOg, Jamie Stevens, Maze 28 and Shai T, amongst others. Now, making his much anticipated Clubsonica debut, Marcelo returns to his solo production ways, putting an enduring touch on Lost in Love. Taking a smooth yet energetic approach, the Buenos Aires resident constructs a tight rhythmic core, complemented with punchy beats, reprocessed vocals and retro chord stabs. Its this timeless fusion of sound which ultimately makes for a version that is both refreshing and club-effective; one that should crossover to a variety of dancefloors across the remainder of 2024 and on into 2025. The second and final interpretation of Lost in Love is provided by Hicky & Kalo who make their label debut. Rising out of Montreals prospering nightlife are Hicky and Kalo. Both born and raised in Canada, this DJ/production duo have been dictating the sounds of the citys underground for the better part of a decade. Although regulars throughout Quebecs much lauded club circuit, it is the world-renowned Stereo Nightclub which has served as the home base for Hicky and Kalos impeccable taste and exquisite programming skills. Also accomplished producers, the duos deep melodic sounds have found a home on Renaissance, Sudbeat, Watergate, and their own Plaisirs Sonores imprint; amongst others. Now, fresh off a remix for Australian imprint UGENIUS, Hicky & Kalo make their long awaited Clubsonica debut with an inspired rendition of Lost in Love. Opting for a contemporary club-effective approach, the duos muscular grooves, robust rhythmic structures and hazy vocal mutations make this ideal for the peak-time hours, when emotions are at their most receptive, in turn adding another sure fire weapon to your arsenal for the remainder of 2024. The release concludes with Abity returning to the label for the lone interpretation of Ambar. Hailing from Argentina, José Duque and Bruno Signorelli make up the Abity production team. The Rosario natives have been collaborating and creating their brand of progressive music for well over a decade. Laying claim to a discography of close to 150 credits, the Nick Warren favourites have showcased their music via Roger Martinezs Higher States, Antrims Or Two Strangers and Protons Particles. Also finding a home on Clubsonica, the duos creative partnership with the label began in 2022 with the release of Sinerxia | Lotus, a project which now finds them returning for their first remix, as they put their own unique twist on Ambar. Adding further depth to the release, the Argentinean duo artist opts for an emotive approach here, focusing on a cohesive blend of swaying grooves and trance-inducing arps, while tastefully incorporating the orignals distinctive rhythmic qualities, sealing what is a feel-good journey to round out the release in style. Pete K unveils the Meant To B / Close To You EP. A danceable, groovy affair makes its way to Colorize from Pete K who continues to make his mark on the label. Booming percussion and peppy, off-kilter synths kick off Meant To B, and the Portuguese producer locks into a riotous grove as the song progresses. Close To You meanwhile is more restrained but just as invigorating; the track waxes and wanes before Pete K leads us into a gripping outro built around eroded vocal snippets and thunderous drums.
Returning for a 24th appearance on the Meanwhile imprint he carefully curates with his fellow countryman, GMJ delivers yet another slice of progressive heaven with Feel Inside / Living Memory. As we approach the end of the year, GMJ is in reflective mood for his final original EP of 2024. After a stellar year which has seen a steady flow of 24-carat gold music on such celebrated imprints as Balance Music, Vapour Recordings, Proton Music and Nick Warrens The Soundgarden, the Melbourne-resident continues to deliver equally stunning new music on the Meanwhile and Meanwhile Horizons imprints he owns with production partner, Matter. The opener finds Feel Inside providing a magical rhythmic backdrop that bristles with vibrancy alongside a cavernous sub-bassline groove. Chock full of bubbling dancefloor dynamism, a metallically cadenced synth pattern filters in and out of prominence while a looped vocal phrase repeats over the rhythmic collage before revealing itself more fully at the breakdown. Building once more, the hefty beat drops back into the rolling percussive hi-hats and metallic synth phrase to create a storming club-friendly colossus. Written when his grandfather passed away earlier in the year, Living Memory serves as a tribute to a life well-lived and a much-loved character. As Gavin so eloquently puts it, he is always alive as an inspiration in my memories for both his musical prowess and the person he was. Redolent in the same rolling rhythmic backdrop as its partner track, immaculately placed woodblock percussion adds to the driving vitality. Providing easy juxtaposition, a beautiful piano sequence is soon introduced which suffuses the track with a contemplative air and effortless beauty. Waxing and waning fluently over its near 9-minute timeframe, a complementary synth motif builds through the breakdown before breathy vox pads and the earlier piano provide a latticework of sounds that find GMJ in majestic form with a perfect sonic tribute. Hitting another high watermark with two powerful original works, GMJ is at his peerless best with Feel Inside / Living Memory. Directed by GMJ & Matter Mastered by Cid Inc. Echosphere is the new three-original-track EP by the artist David Hammond known by his stage name SOLIS [US], in his first release on Univack. Besides, the EP is completed with a remix by the great artists Hernan Cattaneo & Simply City. David Hammond, known by his stage name Solis [US], is a Madison, Wisconsin-based DJ & producer specializing in Deep Progressive House. His sound often carries an uplifting melodic quality, shaped by his early musical journey as a bassist at age 15, later transitioning into jazz and lead guitar. However, David eventually discovered his true passion in electronic music. Solis [US] aims to offer listeners a more sophisticated and emotionally nuanced experience, moving beyond the typical hands-in-the-air anthems or dark, minor-key moods common in dance music. He strives for a slightly melancholic yet thoughtful vibe that ultimately leaves listeners feeling uplifted. His goal is to create tracks that are just as enjoyable in personal momentswhether driving or socializingas they are on the dancefloor. Tracks like Echosphere and Electricolor were inspired by his reflective sunset walks along Madisons Lakeshore Path, while Asiya was crafted specifically with the dancefloor in mind, bringing a fun yet musically distinct energy. The EP is completed by the awesome remix from the most representative DJ in the worldwide Progressive House scene for the last two decades, el maestro Hernan Cattaneo, in collaboration with the also experienced DJ & producer Simply City. This remix is the third release of both artists on Univack, and another evidence of their perfect symbiosis when they make music together. Mastered by Integral Bread

Juicebox Musics 80th release welcomes back ALURIA to the label with a special 2-track EP, featuring Mangos and Avocados & Lunchbox, alongside DNYO & Greenage remixes. Juan Correa Lopez introduced his ALURIA alias in 2016 to create boundary-less electronic music, breaking the mould of tradition and striving for exploring the different. The Merlo (Buenos Aires, Argentina) born artist, and now currently based in Brooklyn (New York, USA), made appearances on many reputable imprints from the likes of Manual Music, Stripped Recordings & One of a Kind, to name a few. ALURIA made his debut on Juicebox Music in 2023 through the first edition of our Fables compilation with his single Precession and now he returns with two weapons: Mangos and Avocados, a deep & dubby yet heavy & twisted concoction and Lunchbox, a minimal & simple yet peak & wonky banger. Were thrilled to welcome back the São Paulo (Brazil) maestro - DNYO to the label to give ALURIAs Mangos and Avocados a go. As one of our core artists, Danny Oliveira made his first appearance on our imprint in 2019 with Flare / Children, following it up with Radiate / Closer Distance and Halcyon / Sensoria / Space Monk as well as contributing to our Tales of Time compilation with Little Samurai, DNYO is no stranger to our camp with his incredibly unique & intelligent approach to sound thats nearly impossible to imitate. He tackles Mangos and Avocados under his Cyber Dub style, traversing into a familiar futuristic world through unconventional practices. DNYO is not for the faint hearted. To close off the release, we welcome back one of our favourites from Goa (India) - Greenage. With three appearances on the imprint - a remix for Monojokes Arterials in 2017, Undying Devotion of Life on our Tales of Time compilation in 2019 and a remix for EANPs Terra in 2020, Greenage is a firm favourite at HQ. Having planted one foot into the Progressive House world while the other foot into the Deep & Organic House world, Greenage finds no trouble expressing his vision with such a range, scoring releases on Hope Recordings, Sudbeat,Tale & Tone & Where The Shadow Ends to name a few. This time, Greenages return to Juicebox Music sees him remixing ALURIAs Lunchbox into a driving prog-monster.

Returning to Meanwhile with a full debut EP, Zankee Gulati continues his journey as a rising progressive house talent with the Mind Opener / Magnetic Island EP. A single remix comes from Argentinean duo, Analog Jungs. A recognised force in his Sydney hometown, Zankee Gulati has continued to see his star shine increasingly bright within the underground dance firmament. An artist and promoter renowned for his spellbinding sets across Sydneys clubs and for bringing the likes of Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Ben Bohmer to New South Wales, the Australians performance in the studio has only cemented a rapidly growing reputation. A mounting catalogue of sumptuous offerings has increasingly featured on the likes of Sudbeat Music, The Soundgarden and Balance Music, plus a standout contribution to John Digweeds Futuro compilation on Bedrock, with Low Tide in collaboration with fellow countryman, Jamie Stevens. Two appearances on GMJ & Matters imprints in December 2022 saw The Magic Spoon feature on Beyond The Horizon, Vol. 2, while HereAfter found its way onto the flagship labels, Meanwhile Excursions, Vol. 3 in July 2023. Now hitting the heights once more, the light and airy tones of Mind Opener reveal themselves over a strong kick and ticking percussive top-line. Rippling arps and a strong motif keep the energy high as analogue edge gradually develops within the latter with an open filter creates a range of harmonic frequencies that shine over a beatless breakdown. Dropping back into the hefty rhythmic groove, the track then draws to its meticulously sculpted conclusion. Magnetic Island is a deep, chugging powerhouse. Full of rhythmic prowess and building elegantly through thumping kick and shaker-driven groove, a beautiful melodic passage develops within a hypnotic arp that filters to a powerful denouement in the final stages. The strong rhythmic narrative of its predecessor then finds its place once more in the final stages. A single remix comes from Argentinean duo, Analog Jungs, who first came to Meanwhile prominence on their 3-track Surrender EP in March 2022. Already regulars on blue-chip labels that include Mango Alley, Hope Recordings and Manual Music, the Córdoba-based pair excel once more with a chunky interpretation that creates a trademark rhythmic foundation and driving bassline groove. Adding tropes from Zankee Gulatis original, they turn Mind Opener into an exciting and dynamic new track that is redolent in additional production material and melodic invention. The result is a powerful remix that is an exceptional addition to the EP. New music from Zankee Gulati and a remix from Analog Jungs pull Mind Opener / Magnetic Island into the centre of the Progressive House map. Directed by GMJ & Matter Mastered by Cid Inc.
