A new collaborative pairing to take center stage, the 113th release on Darin Epsilons Perspectives Digital welcomes Bohm and Ark Nomads for a moment of dancefloor magic with Waiting For You. Sydney-based duo Bohm have a distinctive sound built on a fusion of Melodic House, Indie Dance, and Afro House. The relative newcomers first made their debut in early 2023 and have established a respectable catalog signing to labels such as Einmusika and ICONYC, among many others. Hailing from Bangladesh and Argentina respectively, Arman and Lavo have made a similar impressive impact via their Ark Nomads moniker. Regular contributors to the higher echelons of the Melodic House & Techno and Indie Dance charts, music signed to Stil Vor Talent, Einmusika, and BeatFreak have seen the pair supported by heavyweights such as Tale of Us, ARTBAT, Solomun, and Joris Voorn. Waiting For You is a pulsating affair where a chest-thumping kick and grooved bassline are accompanied by rapid fire hi-hats. Before long an array of spine-tingling analog motifs are introduced over a sparkling arpeggiated backdrop while an airy vocal phrase adds an ethereal and magical quality. Full of club-friendly intent, a filtered breakdown provides a pause for breath before snare rolls and bass dynamism sees a drop into the familiar melodies of earlier phases. The result is an immaculately conceived and expertly realized Melodic Techno gem. Taking on remix duties, Spanish artist OIBAF, formerly one half of the powerful OIBAF&WALLEN project, joins forces with Turkish star, Gulec. Both respected artists in their own rights, OIBAF has had a busy 2024 with a clutch of solo releases on SIZE Records, Astral Records, Ear Porn Music, and more. Releasing music under his full name, Mehmet Gulec since 2011, the Turkish producer reinvented himself in 2020 with his Back to Earth EP on Theory X. Tracks on Click Records and VVISSIONN soon followed, before his Rush EP found its way onto Perspectives Digital in December 2021. OIBAF & Gulec join forces for the first time with a memorable interpretation of Waiting For You. Powered by a pounding kick and running bassline phrase, familiar vocal phrases appear courtesy of a stuttered arrangement and immaculately syncopated melodic sequence. Retaining the sonic DNA of the original, OIBAF & Gulecs skill is to push Waiting For You in new directions based on the melodic identity of the vocal. Fizzing with dancefloor energy, the remix waxes and wanes with an easy flow, building from a muted midpoint toward a driving, hands-in-the-air conclusion.

The final release for 2024 is ready to go! Label honcho Claudio Ricci teams up with his friend and studio partner Tsodor to bring you an energetic 2-track EP! This past summer, Claudio and Tsodor began working together in the studio to see if the collaboration would enhance their musical and creative output. Jonas Schilling is an electronic music artist, composer and music producer from Berlin. After years of playing with different bands and soaking up Berlins vibrant electronic music scene, he started his solo project in 2019. Besides releasing music as a solo artist Jonas Schilling composes music for theater and contemporary dance projects. He received great acclaim for his track Rising Tide, which has been streamed over 7 million times to date. His music was played by countless radio stations and featured on BBC introducing. In 2023 Jonas Schilling was scholarship holder of music board Berlins Co-Creation Residency Berlin - Tel Aviv. For two months he collaborated with Israeli singer Odelly. Together they performed at Popkultur Festival Berlin, as well as Kuli Alma Club, Tel Aviv. As a composer and musician for theatre, Jonas Schilling has worked with many theaters and independent projects all over Germany, in Switzerland and Turkey. Jonas Schilling was born into a family in which music was an everyday expression of joy and togetherness. The experience of music as an immersive room that is not divided into performer and listener shaped his way of thinking about music and sound. Growing up with jazz, gospel and rock music he later recognized the transcendent potential of electronic dance culture and started to integrate its concepts to his own music. His tracks are often in search of an optimism and positivity that emerge through the experience of breaking and transgressing. He tries to question genre traditions and combine the seemingly contradictory: complex polyrhythms with immersive harmonies, elements of modal jazz with techno beats, underground with mainstream. His Traum EP We Tried To Turn Back Time pays tribute to the rave culture while at the same time incorporating classic instruments like piano, electric basses and jazz drums. The titles allude to the messianic hope of stopping time itself as well as the utopian localization of a space- and timeless place.

New Delhis Anhad Khanna aka Sublime Sound returns to Remmah for the follow up to2021s That Love Affair Ep with three more cuts of dynamic & melodic modern house made for romantic dancefloor moments. This EP digs deep into three individual yet well-connected styles of how I approach my productions and sound. The title tune Runaway Dream is a melodic, feel-good number suitable for both home listening and the clubs. It centres its arrangement around the arp that drives the peaks of the tune along with the lush vocal sample. Shadow was predominantly written for the dance floor, and has been a regular in my sets ever since I made the first demo. Atmospheric yet tight and held together, it has a significant balance between delivering the groove, keeping it lush, and holding the floor. Closing tune Volca was an experiment which started with the main arp melody I had originally written for a different tune. This was the first track I wrote this year, on the first of January I have a fond memory of working on it in a cafe in New Delhi. I wanted to write something experimental, and recalibrate the way I approach music making: chuggy and bass heavy yet melodic (quite fitting to my style). Volca was born. Rory (Hammer) helped me rearrange bits on the tune which gave it a whole new life and on top of that, hearing him drop it as SWG3 in Glasgow before Bicep was something super special!
