Shahrokh Dini presents highlights of his longterm production history, edited to fit into contemporary DJ sets. There will be released a string of digital singles in late 2025 and early 2026 reflecting his multifaceted production skills, including remixes by Delano Smith, Boo Williams, Franck Roger and Roberto Rodriguez. Owl Flight is a classic deep house gem, combining minimalist elements with warm, flowing, hypnotic beats. The production is carefully crafted: the transitions, effects, and sound design create a kind of floating or flying sensation - fitting for the title Owl Flight. Resident Advisor described the track as a smooth-as-silk roller. Stylistically, Black Bird moves in the realm of minimal house and minimal techno aesthetics, with clear references to the style of the 1990s, but interpreted in a modern way. The track works with reduced but effective rhythmic elements; the atmosphere is created by subtle textures, repetitive motifs, and targeted tonal accents. The sound is dominated by a darker, introspective mood (Black Bird suggests something floating, perhaps mystical or melancholic), supported by sparingly used pads or atmospheric surfaces that lend the piece depth.
After a long day of work, Brunch.wav walks back into the familiar warmth of Apparel Music, where the tables already set, like its always been. Hes been coming home to us for years, and every time he does, he brings something that feels both new and comfortingly his own. This time, its his brand new 4-track digital release, Projections EP, dropping on December 12th, 2025. The Canadian producer, throughout his numerous records, has been consistently crafting music that carries his unmistakable warm, gentle signature, that tone you instantly recognise. You know when its Brunch.wav, its got that feeling, that quiet soulfulness that always hits right. The EP opens with Juice (Whatever You Do), a soft and elegant piece floating on airy pads and subtly lo-fi textures, a nod to early 2000s house music blending velvety rhythmics with smooth female vocals, creating a sense of calm introspection wrapped in groove. Then comes Dont Forget, Dont Forgive, keeping the same deep feel but taking it somewhere darker and moodier, with ghostlike vocals whispered beneath the surface, adding that mysterious, late-night kind of charm. Horizons turns the mood a little more nostalgic, with hazy synths, floating chords, and that feeling of looking back while still moving forward, a little bittersweet and pure Brunch.wav magic. Closing it all, Projections takes you into a cinematic zone, full of space, warmth, and emotion, with delicate percussions and a gentle melancholy that lingers long after the last note fades. Projections EP is another honest slice of Brunch.wavs world, soulful, thoughtful, and completely trend free; just house music from an artist whos been doing it his way since day one.

Glasgow Underground welcomes Israeli producer N.O.Y (Hadar Noy) with Dust In My Veins - a deep, hypnotic, genre-blending house record that stood out to us immediately. We reached out to N.O.Y after hearing his releases on Connecting Dot (Omri) and his remix for John Summit on Experts Only. His track Voices, is one of the best indie-dance cuts weve heard all year: dark, twisted vocal, wonky synths, and a fearless attitude. Dust In My Veins brings all of that personality but lands deeper: * Classic deep-house warmth (Gorge, Nick Curly, 8-Bit, Cecille) * A touch of melodic / organic house * Afro-leaning percussion * And a raw, blues-leaning vocal that sounds like its sampled from a neo-Western film soundtrack Its that rare deep-house record with character — emotional, hypnotic, and built for DJs who want soul with their groove. For fans of: Gorge, Nick Curly, Adam Ten, Mita Gami, Andhim Genres: Deep House / Organic House / Indie Dance Key Use: Warm-up → early peak → deep-but-driving tr.
After years of shaping the UK underground from behind the scenes, Alex Nut steps out with his first official solo EP, serving up an intoxicating blend of Spiritual Jazz, Deep House, Dub, Hip Hop and analog electronics. The Present Under Construction EP is rooted in a deep musical language and future-facing energy, it captures a moment of creative transformation and exploration. Built up over a few years from rough sketches made on an old MPC2000XL, the tracks were revisited, reshaped and eventually brought to life in the studio with longtime friend and collaborator Sam Crowe (Cleo Sol, Lianne La Havas). Together, they added a range of analogue sounds using the Dave Smith Prophet Rev 2, a Fender Rhodes, and a Moog Sub 37. Those recordings were then chopped, resampled, and restructured into the versions you hear on the record today. The records lead track andthenitstarted features saxophonist James Mollison (Ezra Collective, Nala Sinephro) and includes remixes from Detroit House legend Patrice Scott and fellow Eglo Records alumni Last Nubian. Best known as a DJ, broadcaster, curator and co-founder of Eglo Records, Alex has spent over a decade championing soulful underground music, through fabled Radio shows to legendary club nights, his fingerprints are all over a scene that continues to evolve. Initially making noise alongside the likes of Floating Points, Steven Julien, and Fatima, Alex Nut has long been a cornerstone of the UKs soulful underground. His work continues to champion the evolution of Jazz, Soul, House, and Broken Beat -- nurturing a generation of artists now reshaping the global soundscape.

Massimo Voci is the consummate DJ with over 35 years experience behind the decks, whether performing at clubs around the world or hosting his long running Adventures In A Disco show on Italys Radio Capital. You can hear that experience in his sets where hell work in everything from afro to house, funk to tropical rhythms, jazz to electronica and youll definitely hear it in his productions, precision engineered club tools designed with one goal in mind, getting bodies onto the dancefloor and keeping them there all night long. Top of the Chops then is Massimos latest EP, 4 tracks that nod to the most well worn parts of his record collection whilst still sounding fresh for today. Whether taking inspiration from the infectious energy of 90s house music, the deep synth sounds of the 1980s or the kind of hip shaking percussion and rhythms found on classic 70s disco, Massimo has a knack for pulling these elements together into a coherent whole. Kicking things off with the EPs title track, Massimo quickly lays out his stall here. Minimal yet still funky, Top of the Chops combines a bubbling baseline, with frenetic percussion and chopped chants to simple yet undeniably deadly effect. Dropping the tempo ever so slightly French Jam is up next and as youd expect from the title its full of the kind of synths and rubbery bass youd have looked for on a Falke or Braxe production from the mid 90s, though wed argue with just a hint of Speed Garage in the mix too. Música Electrónica is up next and here Massimo really hits his stride. With its nods to the raw house sounds of Lil Louis or Paperclip People, the Italo Disco of his native country, and even a bit of Latin Freestyle for good measure, Musica Electronica is the kind of track every DJ needs in their back pocket, ready to pull out as and when needed. Rounding things off is Everybody In The Club Crying, and again Massimo takes inspiration from the French Touch sounds. Built around a sample from Libyan singer Ahmed Fakroun 1977 single Nisyan, Voci makes the originals funky bass line the foundation for a track that would sit neatly alongside classic tracks by Cassius or Etienne de Crecy, just add your own filters and phasers and watch the club go off.
DJ Stepmom is an LA-based producer and DJ originally from Minneapolis, and one half of the electro-funk duo King Pari (Stones Throw/PPU). His sound leans heavily on vintage drum machines, guitar pedals, and thrift-store keyboards, shaping a style thats as raw as it is playful. On his release Dont Give It Your All Cuz You Might Need Some Later, DJ Stepmom threads deep house foundations with soulful vocal features, weaving in a wink of P-Funk eccentricity. The result is a melodic, groove-heavy trip that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly offbeat.

A Deeper Shade, produced by Case Woo and originally released on CD only in 2001 - 65 minutes of pure deepness that stood the test of time! Back then, this release was hailed as the definitive and only full-length Deep House / Tech House album to emerge from the tiny island of Singapore, by one of the pioneers of the local electronic music industry.
