This album was born from a need to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the essence of why music exists for me: as a tool for healing, exploration, and connection. Each original track unfolds like a chapter of a journey that begins in silence and gradually moves toward light, tracing the emotional arc of awakening. The opening compositions: Sol Emergence, Before the World Wakes, From Within, Aurora Voyage, and Beyond the Known, form the core narrative of the album. They explore themes of inner discovery, anticipation, movement, and the courage to step beyond what is familiar. The sound is rooted in progressive music, but guided by emotion rather than formulas, allowing space, atmosphere, and subtle tension to lead the way. A fundamental part of Sunrise is its global vision. I wanted this project to be a true dialogue between perspectives, cultures, and interpretations of what progressive music can be today. The album brings together artists from Colombia, Tunisia, the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, and Australia, each offering their own sonic identity and emotional lens. Malek Mhedhbi adds a hypnotic and deeply textured interpretation shaped by North African sensibilities. Astrek brings a refined, driving energy from Australia, balancing tension and groove. Shell Robinson expands the narrative with an expansive, patient journey rooted in the American progressive tradition. Jeffrey Blake introduces precision and melodic depth from France, while Jaime Garza and Said Bocanegra deliver a powerful reinterpretation influenced by the Mexican progressive and melodic underground. Phil Jubb closes the circle with a nuanced and emotional remix from the United Kingdom, reinforcing the album's sense of continuity and reflection. Together, these versions transform the original material into a shared global experience, different voices, different paths, but a common emotional language. Sunrise is not meant to be rushed. Kamilo Sanclemene returns to Sudbeat with a brace of killer grooves. The Colombian DJ and producer needs little introduction. Coming up with the likes of Guy J, Darin Epsilon and more, his mark on the scene is undeniable. Known for sultry grooves, the Sanclementé sound is easily recognisable and features prominently on many major underground labels, from Global Underground to Balance Music via Mango Alley and Parquet. 

Opening with 'Parallel Moon', a strong shaker groove gets things off to a flying start. A master of subtlety, new elements reveal themselves at the perfect moment adding complexity and intrigue until the fully formed, vibrating whole drops into an epic breakdown that makes your hair stand on end. A masterclass. 

'Our Last Day' builds in a similar way. Building momentum from expertly placed layers, the track takes on an otherworldly quality with the arps ebbing into life. Part peak-time roller, part epic realisation of the Bladerunner soundtrack, this is sure to move the floor in the most musical way. Huge.

The original delivers a deep, immersive journey, while Heaven Inc., an established name in the melodic and progressive underground, adds a refined remix that enhances the depth and flow with his signature touch. Gorge steps back onto 8bit, the imprint he runs together with Nick Curly, with the Keep On Movin EP, a three-track journey deep into his unmistakable sound. Across Come With Me, Keep On Movin and Three, he crafts slow-burning, thick rolling grooves anchored by warm sub frequencies and layered with evolving pads, chords and hypnotic vocal touches. Dear reader, Attached in the envelope three new tracks from me to you. When I heard Tantum & Hyunji were starting a label I was immediately excited. I love the things they do and the way they do it. Proud to be involved! This set of tracks I have loved to play so it holds some weight to me. So hopefully I put enough stamps on here. Write back soon! Kasper A1 / Amethyst Deceiver It is a tiny little mushroom that is bright purple and sticks out against the backdrop when youre lucky enough to find it walking through damp woods. It can be found around where I live. Its just so cool to see something peculiar in nature, right? Maybe just like this track in which I have put some peculiar melodies. Playing it on a piano wouldnt really work because it keeps bending in weird ways. Being slightly off just feels exactly right sometimes. Maybe that mushroom would feel the same if it had any thoughts. A2 / Mon Nom I love when music doesnt do more than necessary. For this track I let myself be less strict with the palette, giving some raw elements that make me move more space to breathe. Does it still sound like me though? I have put my name on it if youre unsure. B1 / In A Flash One of my personal favourites to play, happy it got its place on this EP.
