Just in time for his 60th birthday on the 15.09.2024, Y.S.E. is now releasing his Matchbox. This release contains 30 of his best pieces, which have been carefully hand selected by the mammoth himself. Together they form a journey through the musical history of an extraordinary artist, which began years ago; together with good friends and producers; a journey which is still far from finished. Every single track has a personal emotional meaning to Bim; and thus lies deep in his heart. Rising Dust have been slowly but surely paving their way to the top of the Psytrance world with their musicality and full power dancefloor energy. With "Shofar" (Horn in Hebrew) they evolve their sound into analog realms, taking the composition experience away from the computer screen, with  all the main leads and hooks being recorded and modulated in real time by twisting actual knobs. The album is characterized by a warm dirty sound and late 90s Psytrance feel clothed in today's sound and production values. The outcome is musical, hypnotic and very powerful and serves both as an explosive dancefloor and a home listening experience. The album also features friends and collaborators: Astrix, Juno Reactor, SFX (Astral Projection), Subway Shamans, Ritmo, NOK & Shayman. Volume up - sound the horn!
