Nuts & Volts gets a little more techno with help from Seoul's JNS. After meeting during a recent stop at the wonderful Hertz club, a quality demo of his found its way first into Gene's Mudd Show demo showcase, and now arrives in the shape of a fully formed EP on Nuts & Volts. It's a little faster, and a little more metallic, but still tantalizingly deep.
Berlin's eira haul debuts in full on Limousine Dream with a 5 track EP that stands out as one of the deepst in the Limousine Dream catalogue. Lead track Gado2 may seem innocuous at first, but it's propulsive bassline and ever shifting melodies reveal a sleeper bomb that is as timeless as any track we've released. It's complemented by 4 ultra-pliable tools, all driving with a force that belies their depth. It's a true house DJ's disc.
The Sound of Limo arrives at its grand finale and 20th release. There's no one more fitting for the closing than Sweely, one of our generation's great house producers, with four proven nuggets taken from his inimitable live set, including the piece de resistance, Shake Dat Thang. What happens next is anybody's guess!
