A fully balanced and well extracted blend of early 90s basement vibes and bittersweet contemporary pop-house, Act Two wraps up a huge body of work, consolidating 20 years of friendship and collaboration between Attree and Globuli label creator Ed Davenport, who helped compile, mix and master the LP. Blasting off with a purpose, One Day is a crisp moment of piano-house bliss. Heavy sub basslines and breakbeats come alive amongst a bubbling, emotional club burner. Thats followed by the cavernous electro of Save My Soul (Again), carrying a poignant message at its arpeggiating, robotic heart.
