Pro B Tech Music Ambient / Experimental
Pro B Tech Music welcomes Rodd Sim to the label for PBTM206 with *Didgeridoo*, backed up by three very different remixes from Doug Crawford, Gareth 2Dark & Latex Zebra, and Matt Black.\n\nThe original gets things underway with a deep, rolling progressive groove and, as the title might suggest, the didgeridoo playing a big part in giving the track its own identity. There is a really hypnotic feel to this one, building steadily and keeping things moving without trying to give too much away too quickly.\n\nFirst on remix duties is Doug Crawford with his *Slow Burn Remix*. Doug takes exactly that approach with a longer, patient interpretation of the original, letting things develop and build over time while keeping the deeper feel at the heart of the track.\n\nGareth 2Dark & Latex Zebra then join forces for their take on *Didgeridoo*, bringing another angle to the release and putting their own stamp on the original.\n\nCompleting the package is Matt Black, who delivers another strong interpretation and gives us a fourth version with its own character while still keeping enough of the original idea running through it.\n\nFour mixes, four different approaches, and plenty here for the progressive DJs.\n\nAnother really strong package that we're very pleased to welcome to Pro B Tech Music.\n\n**PBTM206 – Rodd Sim – Didgeridoo**\n\nDidgeridoo (Original Mix)\nDidgeridoo (Doug Crawford's Slow Burn Remix)\nDidgeridoo (Gareth 2Dark & Latex Zebra Remix)\nDidgeridoo (Matt Black Remix)
Here we go with out next one PBTM203, welcoming back the excellent ALPHA21 with the beautifully crafted Where Silence Took Me — an expansive Progressive House release that explores the emotion, depth and atmosphere found in moments of quiet reflection. The original mix unfolds with effortless precision, combining hypnotic rhythms, evolving melodies and immersive soundscapes to create a captivating journey that rewards both the dancefloor and intimate listening alike. Rich in emotion and subtle detail, Where Silence Took Me captures the essence of modern progressive music through its patience, movement and beautifully balanced production. Bringing fresh perspectives to the release, Framewerk delivers three outstanding reinterpretations. The main remix expands the original into a powerful club-focused experience, while the Dub strips the composition back to its rhythmic foundations, offering a deeper, groove-led interpretation. Completing the trio, the Poolside Mix introduces a warmer, more relaxed atmosphere, showcasing another side of the composition with effortless elegance and musicality. Adding further depth, 2Reels Chris Grim injects driving energy and progressive momentum, delivering a dynamic interpretation built for late-night dancefloors, while Keef Luv closes the package with an emotive and melodic rework that beautifully complements the original's cinematic character. With six exceptional versions spanning deep, melodic, atmospheric and dancefloor-driven Progressive House, Where Silence Took Me stands as a showcase of ALPHA21's songwriting and the creative vision of five accomplished artists, continuing Pro B Tech Music's commitment to sophisticated underground electronic music. Pro B Tech Music proudly presents "Girrareff", the latest forward‑thinking EP from the ever‑inventive Hall North. Built on his trademark fusion of deep rhythm, spacious atmospherics, and refined melodic tension, the original mix delivers a hypnotic journey that blurs the lines between progressive, electronica, and cinematic underground shades. Leading the remix pack, legendary producer Barry Jamieson turns in a powerful Electro‑Tech Remix—a tightly‑engineered, high‑voltage rework that injects grit, groove, and precision sound design, pushing the track straight onto peak‑time floors. Tim French contributes two standout interpretations under his Sense of Wonder banner. His first remix embraces shimmering electronica and progressive breaks, weaving emotive synth motifs with dynamic percussive flow. The accompanying Sense of Wonder Instrumental Remix strips things back, letting the hypnotic arrangement and intricate sound tapestry shine on their own. Rounding out the EP, Alto Astral delivers a deep, atmospheric rendition—rich in texture, with a progressive pulse, incorporating their beautiful vocals throughout, —offering a perfect closing chapter to an eclectic, immersive package. A diverse and expertly curated selection of underground flavours, "Girrareff" showcases each artist at their creative best and marks another high‑quality release from Pro B Tech Music. Another that I am hugely proud of and massively thankful to all the artists involved, as well as everyone who continues to support Pro B as an Indy label, Thank you Brent @PBTM
