Label head-honcho CJ Art has been supporting Stus music since the very first releases on JOOF Recordings under his previous Insert Name alias. For 15 years, Stu has released music on such labels as Lost Language, Pure Progressive, Forescape Digital, Black Hole Recordings, Slideways and the legendary JOOF Recordings. Hes also a regular guest at one of Londons finest underground parties, DanceLoveHub, which is also one of Deepersense Musics favorite events. On this excellent release, Stu McNally delivers the best of underground electronic music, a deep and hypnotic track that captivates both body and mind. Hamburg based Bizzarro Universe are a duo who have conjured the cosmos into releases on Bordello a Parigi, Discotexas, Nein Records and Mélopée Records. Release number 123 brings a bumper pack of Activa related goodies - the Collabs & Bits EP. To kick things off we have Delta, a track from Tom Bro, who has seen releases on the likes of Pure Trance, which was an instant signing. Hearing the potential and an underlying quality to be realised, label boss Activa got stuck into the production, adding multiple elements to bring out a different vision of the track. Next up is another collab, this time with the formidable Luke Terry which was first aired at VII in Croatia in its early form. Since then, a few tweaks have been done to really give the track that classic Max Graham / Hope Recordings vibe from the early 00s. Lakota gives us number 3 of this 4 tracker - a track that sits early in a night, understated but does the job perfectly to warm people into a groove. Next up on Critical Elements we welcome Matty Wright to the label. Matty is a talent weve been watching for a while and boy has he delivered. If the Space Brothers/Lustral/Chakra released a progressive breaks track in 2025 we think it would sound like this, which is only a compliment! Mattys original take is the epitome of dreamy. Deep and atmospheric bass and percussion washed over by a stunning vocal from Francesca Payne. This track already sounds like a memorable part of our scene, did you hear it played at a sun kissed festival in 99, or was it in a club in 2025? To add to the release we looked to label friend Focus FL for a remix. He has released with us before and has really worked his magic on this one. Here he opts for a 4/4 makeover, speeding up the BPM and toughening the sound for a version perfect for the nights crescendo. Focus FL provides a journey of a remix for us yet again, the filtered vocal and changes in key building the energy and drama.
