Where maturity evolves into a signature sound, the personal and musical journey becomes one. Chromadelia by Italian producer and live artist Ness refines two decades of precision and craft. It is techno reduced to its core logic - direct, functional, and self-aware. Ness process moves from spontaneous jams to detailed sculpting, a continuous sequence where improvisation gradually becomes structure. Randomness plays a role, but only as the foundation for his architecture. The result is music that feels both deliberate and fluid, shaped by intuition and refined through years of practice. Minimalism here isnt merely an aesthetic choice, but an organic conclusion -- drawn from experience and the trust that less can truly reveal more. The four tracks on Chromadelia extend this clarity onto the dance floor: sharp, beepy, metallic, rhythmically charged, yet open enough to let each element breathe. Introspection and club-functionality coexist seamlessly, each amplifying the other. In Chromadelia, Ness demonstrates that every tone, every pulse serves a purpose, offering a clear reflection of an artist who has learned to let precision speak louder than complexity.
What happens if you let some of the chips fall where they may? Does it mean giving up command, or is it a way to reclaim it? Silent Logic, Marco Maldarellas second release on Omen Wapta, doesnt try to pose this question, it just answers it. With transitional potency. In a sincere and understated way, this is a project that demarcates life in flux. Not as a document, but by presenting music practice as a tool to catalyse transformation. Its an esoteric glimpse into an alternate universe where personal development book charts are topped by the greats of automatic writing. Rhythms as sigils, timbre as gnosis; some elements seize control, others unleash the subliminal. Over the span of an astounding twenty tracks, single-take synth excursions are combined with calculated rhythmic structuring. The patterns on Silent Logic start to live life on their own beyond the intentional accents in the grid. As a product of multiple manual drum phasings, different actors in the percussive section spindle around each other. The number of elements per track is restrained to an austere framework, but a rigorous eye for detail hands the compositions a level of depth that goes beyond immediate perception, nestling itself into the brain stem. Right in place for celestial expansion. Silent Logic breaks microtraditions wide open, but it doesnt break with them. Not only does it present a pivotal point in Marco Maldarellas discography and practice with its mammoth length and thematic depth; it traverses a junction within the Omen Wapta continuum. From a large base of source material is born a tracklist that swells, accelerates and comes alive as we progress through it. The result is a first half that flips tradition into nowness, elegantly bringing more conventional tempos home to the imprint. It wields the second and third act into a rip-roaring conclusion that presents life as being cyclical beyond mere duplication. This careful process ultimately leaves us with a very real artifact. On Silent Logic, the space between expressions prevents complete meaning from becoming unveiled. The impact of its sounds comes as the result of experience pursued to the end. The free-flowing mind is channeled into clarity. Its a testament to the power of straws pulled at random.
Dutch producer Troy steps up on Infrastructure with a forceful double pack of his highly effective techno. Over the course of eight tracks he flawlessly follows up his earlier outings on labels such as Klockworks, NON Series and KEY Vinyl and pushes his hypnotic, dense and punchy techno sound to the next level.
After collaborating with Answer Code Request on Delsin early 2024, Amotik now strengthens the relationship with a first solo EP for the Amsterdam based label. Delsin is known for working the sweet spot in between emotive electronica and dancefloor functionality, and it feels like the perfect place for Amotiks new EP Raat. The Berlin based producer has been pushing his highly effective techno tools via his own imprints for over a decade and doesnt make an appearance on external labels often. So for this special occasion he adds new layers of deepness and emotion to his palette. An effortless combo of punchy techno grooves and soothing pads together form a well rounded pack of dancefloor euphoria. The remarkable bleeps and playful rhythms of Amotiks highly effective techno are deftly transformed into four pieces of excellent eyes-closed techno felicity.
PRESS: 2025, the crew is sent back to the desolate planet—this time to recover the missing ships data core. The world feels changed: heavier air, watching shadows, a silence that trembles. Strange metallic structures rise where there was only dust before, pulsing faintly as the team approaches. Their fears return sharper, almost intentional, as if the force beneath the surface has learned them—now awakening with its own quiet, hungry consciousness. w&p by V/A Mastered at 12degree.east masterings Artwork by Oliver Rosemann

Following their recent debut on MindTrip, Italian duo Esilum return with Deception EP — a new chapter in their evolving sound exploration. If Observation traced the tension between structure and emotion, this release expands that spectrum, amplifying the distance between its highest peaks and deepest layers. The result is a sonic landscape of striking contrasts — where precision meets fluidity, and intensity breathes through moments of silence. Across four immersive cuts, Esilum refine their distinctive fusion of hypnotic design and analog character, once again navigating the delicate balance between mental depth and physical release. A new orbit in motion. This is MindTrip!
David Siarem debuts on Signal with a diverse package ranging from mysterious and deep to churning club pounders. He delivers us a strong lesson of what we need more in the techno scene nowadays. Hypnotic drum sequences richly layered with mysterious pads, resonant synths, rolling baselines, and sparkly tops in this fresh release by the Spanish artist. Endless streams of consciousness running in parallel to each other every fraction of time. Those are like myriads of parallel universes that coexist in unstoppable sync with each other
The first SWAY release of the year comes from label boss Hertz himself. This three-track package showcases the full diversity of his production style. The title track Maverick takes you on an emotional journey, with a goosebump-inducing breakdown that blooms into a stunning string section before lifting off again with a powerful new bassline. To round things out, were adding two more funky cuts to the mix. Bass De Abrao is all about driving bass and a playful, groove-packed arrangement, while the final track leans into a more minimal vibe — but still hits with big, bold sounds. 2026, bring it on!
Aaron Schwarz debuts on the label with Old Mechanism, a journey into dark, powerful, hypnotic and Sci-fi Techno that fuses mechanical power with cosmic introspection. Built on tight rhythms, deep basslines, and tension-filled synthetic textures, the album evokes the image of an ancient machine awakening in the heart of the future. Each track is a gear that pulses and moves with surgical precision, generating a continuous, magnetic and unsettling sonic flow. Within the metallic sounds and dense atmospheres of Old Mechanism lies a primordial force: The fusion of human, machine, and Universe. With this album, Aaron Schwarz opens a new chapter in visionary and powerful Techno: A hypnotic experience that transforms the dancefloor into a living organism, driven by the relentless pulse of sonic matter.
Federsens Alt/Dub imprint returns with its second instalment of its Artist Series featuring Forward Memory, Thomas + James, Gradient and Beppu. Forward Memorys Scholzs Star leads the release, laying down organic percussion andtwitchy, oscillating synth grooves alongside, subtly evolving textural components and evolving bottom end swells. Glaswegian duo Thomas + James follow next with Chosen Colour, a deep immersive journey fuelled by billowing ethereal pads, bumpy bass stabs and a raw, reduced rhythm section. Respected Dub Techno artist Gradient follows next on the flip side with Vibes Realm, delivering his signature floaty style via shimmering dub stabs, crisp drums and a swaying bottom end drive. Beppus Conversions then concludes the EP, shifting gears once again as spiralling dub echoes, hissy atmospherics and wide bass intertwines with delayed, broken rhythms.

Abstraction unleashes Dear Seve, Rois four-track subterranean assault. Crushing low-end frequencies anchor hypnotic grooves, while razor-sharp hi-hats inject relentless energy. Swelling drones and granular textures forge cavernous, claustrophobic atmospheres, pulling listeners into a primal, lightless void where only the seismic throb survives.
Next up joining the KYSH catalogue is HIGHLIMITER — a rising force from Tbilisi whose refined sense of rhythm and raw energy translate into a sharply focused six-track statement. He steps in with material built for serious club functionality, yet enriched with a distinctive sonic identity. The EP opens with Magnetic Souls and Zyryab, two essential, hook-driven techno cuts where stripped architecture enhances the impact of every element. Void Motion shifts the trajectory into a more groovy, tightly wound direction — a tension-builder with hypnotic movement at its core. La Noche raises the temperature further, pushing the essentialist formula toward peak-time force, while Nightcraft expands it with energetic looping pressure. Closing track Locked Dimensions lands as a masterfully layered DJ tool, a precision-crafted weapon for blending and momentum control. Altogether, HIGHLIMITERs debut for KYSH is a clean, modern and highly functional showcase of his style — minimal in form, impactful in execution, and designed with a clarity that speaks directly to the dancefloor.
Sophisticated, immersive, and built for the heads. Primary Colours delivers a refined exploration of deep, dub-influenced house with Dislocation by Stelios Vassiloudis. Crafted with precision and restraint, the EP flows through hypnotic rhythms and subtle atmospheres. Ohm & Kvadrant rework the title track into a spacious dreamscape, while Stefan Gubatz closes with a timeless dub-tech excursion. Primary Colours (PCCSS11) presents Dislocation — a four-track EP from Athens-based producer Stelios Vassiloudis. This release leans into the hypnotic and minimal end of dub-house: heady, stripped back, and primed with low-slung moves. Opening track Complicity builds on a steady, mesmeric pulse, slowly unfolding layers of tension and finely tuned detail. Icelandic-Danish duo Ohm & Kvadrant deliver a spacious and dream-laced reinterpretation, stretching the original into deeper terrain. Impulse follows with a more introspective energy—reduced and shadowy—before Stefan Gubatz rounds out the EP with a classic dub-tech treatment that sinks even further into the mix, steeping richness with space. Dislocation is a compelling addition to the Primary Colours catalogue—balancing groove and atmosphere while showcasing Stelioss sonic vocab.
MindTrip proudly presents Dark Forest, a new collaboration between Damne and Nicko Shuo. Born from a spontaneous connection across lineups and releases, their union merges two distinct sonic identities — melancholic textures meet focused impact, modular movement meets structural precision. Dark Forest stands as both anomaly and artifact: a techno document shaped by contrast, defined by clarity, and unafraid to explore the unknown. Each piece pulses with intent, embracing dissonance while remaining hypnotic, physical, and quietly unorthodox. Its a subtle disruption of form, where genre boundaries blur and perception expands. Thoughtful, intricate, and meticulously detailed, this EP doesnt seek attention — it endures in the mind. A shared language forged through sound, now set in motion. This is MindTrip!
Mood Supplier is the techno sibling to Rudosas harder label, Moments in Time. Our next release is by SVNX. DJ and producer from Utrecht, The Netherlands. Vertere Berlin is a contemporary fashion brand and party collective founded by a group of local DJs and designers. It was founded in 2017 and since then rose to international attention for their club-ready streetwear, artist and festival collaborations and party series Strictly Dancefloor Business. Now, longtime resident Morell steps up, delivering a potent four-track techno EP that captures the collectives signature energy. Morell is a Chilean-born interdisciplinary sound artist who spent the last seven years in Berlin immersed in intensive creative research—a chapter that refined his voice and echoed his German lineage. His work gravitates toward depth, tension, and Introspection. On Siempre Hier, he traces a personal transition through a techno narrative shaped by tactile rhythms and cinematic pressure. Analog warmth meets digital clarity in pulsing low-end, fractured percussion, and granular motion—revealing emotion within structure while sustaining a tension between chaos and control.
Oscar Mulero returns to homebase with this intense four tracker that means a return to direct dancefloor weapons after the scifi and mental approach of his late works. Although being intense and direct, these exercises keep the abstraction and intelligence that techno is supposed to have since its inception. The body is the perfect example of this physical but complex approach, direct and gymnastic pieces combine in a constantly moving and evolving arrangement, full of twists and subtle changes but preserving the groove in every second. Like a black rainbow uses a drilling bleep to perforate your inner ear while 909 shuffled hats provide the pulse required to move ahead. The bleepy thing evolves in frequency and the groove goes busier as time goes by, resulting in a mind bending experience. On the flip side, Golden dome uses asymmetrical sequences as the main course, helped with micro drones to improve the otherworldly feel, as usual, the elements come back and forth wisely administered to provide the required danceable energy. Closing the record things change drastically in Sacred place introducing unusual cadences on the rhythm and sequences, a futuristic march of robots maybe a nice image to confront with the sounds. Not everybody is capable of working with such a groove. Definitely the highlight of this collection. As a bonus track for the digital edition, A subtle physical sphere, a galactic sound adventure , profound and abstract, a sound voyage into the realms of unconsciousness.
Iconic Icelandic techno mainstay Exos returns to Mutual Rytm with his fifth LP, Sweet Dreams. The 12-track record is the first album on SHDWs influential label and explores the past, present, and future of techno. Planet X label head and 20-year scene veteran Exos, hailing from Iceland, draws on his native countrys influences in his work, which explores the interplay between light and dark, warmth and cold. His high-octane sounds over the last 20 years have appeared on vital imprints like Tresor, X/OZ, and, of course, Mutual Rytm, with his releases for the label having been extremely well received, garnering support from the scenes key DJs. Whether dubby or hard, his techno is always authentic and channels the purity of the 90s style. This new album follows Exoss inaugural X- Release, the Infrared 10, the Icebreaker 12 from last year, and his track on the latest Federation of Rytm IV compilation. Its a real journey through all facets of his sound, including a trip back to his dub techno roots, ambient explorations, and emotional vocal pieces with lifelong memories fused into sounds that reflect the artists decades spent in Iceland. Sweet Dreams opens with an atmospheric intro in the form of a 28-year-old collaboration with his father. This full- bodied analogue ambient piece is rich with the mysterious tones of the Nord Modular and was recorded during their shared studio days at D17 in Reykjavík. The title track is a hypnotic, linear groove with icy synth modulations and glistening melodies. Hinn Víðförli then brings dub warmth while State of Mind recalls the spirit of the legendary Reykjavík club Thomsen, a cornerstone of Icelands late 90s underground scene. Glaður og Reifur and Fögur er hlíðinpay homage to the echoes of ancient Viking heritage, North of January conveys the cold of Exoss homeland, and Hvarvetna brings textured percussion and darker undertones before 101 After Dark slows to a bass-heavy broken beat exploration of texture and post-dubstep pressure. After the heady and atmospheric sound of The Dolphin Oracle, another key collaboration comes with Freefall, an emotional breakbeat piece featuring vocalist Amelia Rodriguez, who also lends her voice to Shock, a magnificent track that channels Exoss modern techno energy. The album closes with a haunting paradox, Paradise Lost, questioning whether our sweet dreams are truly moments of bliss or simply reflections of what weve already left behind. The three bonus digital cuts offer sleek minimalism, punchy deep techno, and suspenseful ambient.
Frances Fhase 87 makes his Perc Trax debut off the back of a red hot streak that has seen him release on Ben Sims Symbolism label and Christian Smiths Tronic plus Sotor, Skryptom, his own French Loops imprint and many more.Across the Parade EP Fhase 87 expands his sound adding dub techno, classic Berlin techno and early Chicago house influences to his driving groove-led percussive sound. Opener and title track Parade leads the charge with moody pads and dubbed out stabs floating over a classic Fhase 87 groove. Next up Rijsel adds a tiny vocal hit to bring a human element to a jackin rhythm. The Slayer raises the intensity with a filtered rhythm harking back to classic Waveform Transmission era Jeff Mills and finally Survive combines the godfather of soul with gliding synths and a tough groove, a mix of elements that should not work on paper, but creates dance floor gold in the hands of Fhase 87. As always with Perc Trax these tracks have been key tracks in Percs sets around the world for months now and finally it is time to share them with the world.

Private Press are back on Sungate in style, as they have us used to. This stunning 4-tracker shows us an always advancing craft that the Polish duo are capable of. Ever present is their knack for euphoria, for meticulous drumwork, and their ability to mix-match equal pairings of colour and abrasiveness. Paired effectivity on the broken-beat realms of Mud Break and Power Chord meet solid groove construction on the 4-to-the-floor torrents of the aptly titled Sub Soldier and Warmer Than Dis However, we sense throughout a notch up in fine detail, a heightened understanding of club pressure, and a deeper outlook into pushing forward the boundaries of breakbeat-continuum styles. Weve always expected them to go upwards, we were just never certain of how high their ceiling was, or if one does actually exist.
Breakthrough opens a new chapter for Primal Instinct. After nine releases built around our stickman tribe, this EP is the first in a new visual era where each cover is sourced from the open archive of Wikipedia and subtly reworked. Choosing these images is not aesthetic coincidence but a statement: if the label is about the human condition, then it makes sense to dig into one of the biggest, most accessible repositories of our collective memory. For breakthrough, a karateka high-kicking a punching ball becomes the perfect symbol: direct, physical, and aimed at breaking through limits - of self, of sound, of format.
Motto Sono Records by Miia Magia & Cari Lekebusch presents: (MOTTO56) Remedies, written & produced by Cari Lekebusch. The first release from the legacy sound architect with 4 deep but driving sonic remedies. Extending the overall style and sound of the Motto Sono catalog. Cover art by David Ahlen.
Asymmetric boss Inigo Kennedy returns to his label with a tantalising five track EP Irregular Tapestry to close out 2025. Title track Irregular Tapestry opens the release in uplifting four-to-the-floor style; beat, melody and Detroit-tinged stabs driving along beautifully. Second up, Ballistic Limits keeps to a functional theme with undulating sound design and an irresistible classic 909 rhythm section. Centering the release is Amaterasu, full of characteristic Kennedy melancholy and playfulness. Taking things down a notch is the sheer menace of Aselgeia, oozing with dubby influence and flickers of sordid imagery. Final track Vapour Trails aches with drips of sound and a plaintive string section grounded by a steady kick heartbeat and takes its place as the last track of 2025 for the label.
Best Intentions announces Inverse, a new 4-track EP from Melbourne-based producer and DJ; Pugilist. Marking his first release on the London imprint, Inverse sees Pugilist expanding further into the shadowy, percussive terrain he has become known for, merging future-focused techno, lo-fi industrial, and the energy of early hardcore breaks through his own atmospheric lens. The EP captures both the toughness of the dancefloor and the subtle experimentation that runs through his catalogue. A Scottish/Kiwi artist now based in Melbourne, Pugilist has built a reputation for stylistic range and rhythmic depth. His releases on Modern Hypnosis, Samurai Records, and 3024, along with the recent launch of his own imprint Ruff Kutz, demonstrate his ability to move across tempos and moods while maintaining a distinctive sonic identity. On the decks, he is celebrated for tightly curated sets, deep crates, and an array of unreleased dubs. Speaking on joining the Best Intentions roster and the inspiration behind the project, Pugilist shares: Stoked to be joining the Best Intentions fam with 4 x retro rave rollas across the hardcore continuum, from minimalist Techno, to smoked out Electro, to krusty Hardcore and Breaks. This EP is a mix of styles which have informed my production style over the years. It is great to be putting out music with a shared vision for giving back for a greater cause. I have been a fan of the label since its inception so jumped at the chance to do a 12. I will be donating my share of profits to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre — a wonderful Melbourne-based charity for asylum seekers here in Naarm. They do wonderful work. https://asrc.org.au/ The EPs closing track, FKRY, a collaboration with POD, brings warped leads, stepping drum work, and old-school jungle tension into a modern, heavyweight techno frame. Proceeds of the EP will go to Asylum Seeker Resource Centre - a non profit organisation that provide a wide range of support services to people seeking asylum based in Australia.
Lurendrejarn EP, a dialect variation of Lurendrejare (meaning swindler), is the theme for LMSK016. All in accordance with our vision of playful & mischievous but always genuine techno.
