Nick Varon teams up with Deekay for a brace of tracks already championed by El Maestro. Sonic journeyman, Nick Varon has been a part of the Sudbeat family for many years. A passionate purveyor of progressive beats for over 15 years, and a legend of the Greek scene. His enviable back catalogue on seminal labels such as varied as Tale & Tone, Balance Music and Bonzai has seen him soundtrack clubs across the world. Fellow countryman, Deekay, has trodden a similar past. A DJ at heart, his love of Afro rhythms keeps his performances highly engaging, dynamic and soulful, blending tribal beats with contemporary sounds inspired by the vibrant culture and energy of the dancefloor. Opening with the spiky sounds of Cactus, those afro rhythms and tribal vibes make for a rich percussive framework. A slow burner, each element is given space to cause maximum devastation on the cooler floors of the underground. On Inyeon more pronounced tribalism harks back to the golden age of prog with a modern twist. Deep beats and a heavy low end make this perfect for those sweaty late night sessions when the phones go away and the room moves as one.
Tali Muss joins forces with Narahat, Halishan, and Enzo Vood on the stunning three-track EP Tali Muss & Friends. The release showcases Tali Muss's signature sound alongside the unique artistic voice of each producer, coming together in a cohesive and expressive collaboration.
Dontcha just love it when a plan comes together? Be it serendipity, karma, top producer meets damn good A&R, likeminded souls finding cultural common ground as they bond musically across the ether…or most likely a combo of all the above. Which is how the incredibly talented UnbrokenOne, long time Digweed favourite, makes a most welcome Selador debut with this storming EP. What instantly jumps out from the grooves contained herein is a deep knowledge of electronic music in all its myriad forms. This is what enables lead track Wilderness to rise above sub-genres and pigeonholes. Its intricacies, as a series of infectious riffs, well chosen vocal snippets and percussive ingenuity weave in and out of each other, are a thing of beauty. Its a case of the parts are great, the sum of them even greater. Sister track Gradient, if youll allow us to channel our inner football pundit for a moment, sets its stall out early doors. Deepndark from the off, squelchily hypnotic, rising slowly but oh so surely to a melodic / epic crescendo. And its a warm Seladorian welcome back to Colombias finest, Kamilo Sanclemente, this time in collaborative tandem with another label debutant, his countryman Mauro Aguirre. Their revision of Gradient bounces and throbs with serious dancefloor intent, and like the original builds climactically – pure dopamine release business. Team Selador – Wild Boys
Plaisirs Sonores Records proudly welcomes Greg Ochman to the label for his debut release, the Sovva EP, a finely balanced two-track journey that captures both light and shadow through carefully crafted melodic storytelling. Opening the EP, the title track Sovva leans into organic house territory, guided by warm textures, gentle grooves, and a beautifully hopeful melody that unfolds with natural flow. Its uplifting spirit and earthy sensibility make it a deeply emotive cut, equally suited for introspective moments and sunlit dancefloors. On the flip side, Impulz explores a more progressive landscape. Driven by a deeper groove and layered atmospheres, the track carries a subtle melancholic edge, gradually building tension and emotion. Its a thoughtful and immersive production that showcases Greg Ochmans ability to move seamlessly between moods while maintaining a strong narrative arc. With the Sovva EP, Greg Ochman makes a compelling first appearance on Plaisirs Sonores Records, highlighting a refined musical identity and a strong sensitivity for melodic expression across different shades of house and progressive music. Were very excited to welcome Greg Ochman to the label with his debut release. Sovva and Impulz perfectly reflect the emotional spectrum we love to explore on Plaisirs Sonores — hopeful, deep, and beautifully melancholic. An Argentine pair of impressive credentials, Gonzalo Sacc and Franco Leonardini make their collaborative debut on Clubsonica with the Honey | Jack of All Trades EP. A single remix comes courtesy of Juan Ibanez. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Gonzalo Sacc has rock-solid provenance in the realm of electronic music. Having attended the Escuela de Música de Buenos Aires (EMBA), the Argentinean producer has been at the vanguard of his countrys music scene with a varied sound that encompasses everything from Downtempo, to Deep and Progressive House. First hitting the Balkan Connection catalogue in mid-2018, Gonzalos work for Clubsonica saw the My Home | Let Me Go EP released in early 2022 alongside Frankie M and Rodrigo Lapena. Together with fellow countryman, Franco Leonardini, the duo has secured a half-century of production credits on such esteemed imprints as Armen Mirans Hoomidaas, Paul Hazendonks Manual and MNL, plus Nick Warrens The Soundgarden. Combining on Honey, sumptuous deep house chords quickly head into a bouncing bassline groove and pounding beat. Ticking hats create a rolling percussive groove while a rousing crescendo of melodic elegance continues to evolve, playing homage to the deeper sound of earlier phrasing. A delicate vocal effect adds further to listener interest at the breakdown before a subtle counterpoint motif drops in throughout the third movement. Partner track, Jack of All Trades continues with a whip-cracking, chest-thumping kick/snare combination that provides a ready-made dancefloor groove. Dubby chords, filtered arpeggios, and house pianos combine in a veritable smorgasbord of melodic flow that rises and falls with club-friendly know-how, hitting a natural zenith with an immaculately timed filtered synth lead that opens up through the second half. Hailing from La Rioja, named after its Spanish namesake, Juan Ibanez has been a staple on a plethora of esteemed underground house labels. Coming to the fore in 2018 with early work on SLC-6 Music, the Argentine star has found his music allied to such notable labels as The Soundgarden, Mango Alley, and the ever-reliable onedotsixtwo. Hitting the Clubsonica headlines in February 2021 with the Haumea EP, Joy Trip followed a month later before a remix of Rockka and Maze 28s Mirage started off 2024 in style. Now returning, the Juan Ibanez remix of Honey is a stunning progressive gem that shines from every facet with a huge rhythmic groove and devastating sub-bass sequence. Playing homage to the original, melodic themes from Honey come to the fore as they are extended in new and vibrant directions, showcasing Juans undoubted talent. Rising in energy throughout its duration, the Juan Ibanez interpretation is a modern Progressive House masterpiece of dynamism and head-shaking vitality. A sweet and silky EP, Gonzalo Sacc and Franco Leonardini master the underground house scene with ease, ably abetted by the talents of fellow countryman Juan Ibanez. Movement Limited returns with a new collaborative release as Allan McLoud and Around Us join forces on Blue And Orange World, backed by remixes from Callecat and Gowzer. The original version of Blue And Orange World brings together two established progressive voices with a shared appreciation for depth, melody and long-form storytelling. Allan McLoud, the Scottish-born producer now based in Zurich, has spent decades shaping a sound that bridges classic trance influences with modern progressive house, earning releases on labels such as Mango Alley, JOOF Aura, Bonzai Progressive and Movement. Alongside him, Amsterdam-based duo Around Us continue their steady rise within the progressive underground, following releases on BC2, Manual Music, LuPS Records, Mango Alley and Sound Avenue. Together they craft a smooth, atmospheric journey built on a rolling low end, warm melodic phrasing and subtly evolving textures. The track unfolds patiently, allowing its emotional core to develop naturally, making it equally suited to late-night floors and immersive home listening. First on remix duties are Callecat, who bring their signature warm and melodic approach to the original. The Dutch duo, known for releases on 3rd Avenue, Magnitude Recordings, Mango Alley, MNL and One Of A Kind, reshape the track into a deeper, groove-focused interpretation. Rounded basslines, fluid percussion and shimmering synth details guide the arrangement forward, offering a refined and hypnotic rework that stays faithful to the spirit of the original while adding a fresh, club-ready perspective. Closing out the release is Gowzer, who delivers a darker and more driving reinterpretation. Hailing from Glasgow, the Scottish producer has released on labels such as Vapour Recordings, Mango Alley, Plastic Fantastic Records and Transensations Records, developing a sound rooted in deep hypnotic grooves and atmospheric tension. His remix leans into a weightier rhythmic framework, pairing rolling drums with moody textures and subtle vocal elements. The result is a powerful late-set alternative that adds contrast and intensity while maintaining the progressive narrative of the release. Blue And Orange World showcases the strength of collaboration across borders and styles, bringing together seasoned artists with a shared vision and delivering a well-rounded progressive package for Movement Limited.

martina SAT is a singer, songwriter and music producer working at the intersection of club-oriented electronic music and introspective soundscapes, exploring textures, harmonic depth, and conceptual narratives. This EP is structured around the concept of duality as both a thematic and sonic axis. Throughout the release, contrasting forces coexist: density and lightness, the earthly and the ethereal, repetition and expansion. The compositions blend club-oriented grooves with more open, atmospheric passages, establishing an ongoing dialogue between rhythmic drive and contemplative textures. Layered synths and harmonic progressions with subtle nostalgic inflections create depth and tension throughout the tracks. Vocals and existential lyrics serve as a counterpoint to the instrumental framework, adding emotional resonance without overpowering the dancefloor focus. Melodic elements weave through the rhythm, accentuating both the introspective and energetic qualities of the EP. Cycles of excess, erosion, and repetition serve as a point of departure, but not as an endpoint. As the EP unfolds, the focus gradually shifts toward processes of awareness, transformation, and expansion, suggesting a constant tension between descent and elevation, between the mundane and the transcendent. The result is a club-focused release with an implicit narrative, where rhythmic physicality coexists with harmonic and melodic depth, maintaining a balance between functionality and conceptual sophistication. After the release of Music For When The World Is Silent, such an intimate and emotional album by BLANCAh, a constellation of new interpretations comes to life. BLANCAh invited fellow artists whose trajectory and sensibility resonate with this universe to bring even more strength and potency to the project. Each remix carries the soul of its creator, expanding the narrative and revealing new landscapes within the same essence. Where The Wind Blows in its original version is a small, strange, and almost static experimental universe. To give the track a new shape, BLANCAh invited her longtime friend, the German artist MPathy. Affective memories, mutual admiration, and deep affection permeate this artistic fusion. The result is a powerful remix that clearly carries MPathys personality, expanding the original atmosphere and revealing new layers of intensity and movement.
SLC-6 Music proudly presents Franco Armellinis Skins with remixes from Juan Ibanez, Steve Kelley, and Tom Pavicich. The release features two originals named for characters in the eponymous British TV series. Effy is an introspective journey that flows through dark, melodic passages, evoking a deep and restrained emotional tension. Theres a magnetic pull in the progression—energy that doesnt aim to explode, but rather to immerse. Like Effy, the character who inspired the piece, the track holds back more than it reveals, perfect for that moment in a set when the body enters a trance. Cassie is born from a place of bittersweet tenderness. It feels brighter, lighter—almost innocent—but theres a subtle emotional pulse that runs through it from the very first beat. The lead melody intrigues with every sound feels like a beautiful memory thats starting to glitch. The groove is warm and comforting, but never shallow. The drop is the core of the track: a brief, glitchy breakdown that feels like a moment of emotional collapse wrapped in joy, and this is where the track becomes Cassie - bright on the outside, fragile underneath. Accompanying the two originals are three excellent remixes. D.J. MacIntyres label welcomes back one of its stalwart artists, Juan Ibanez, who delivers a progressive interpretation of Effy in his inimitable style replete with groovy rhythms and uplifting melodies. Veteran producer Steve Kelley joins the label for the first time with a delicious deep house take on Cassie that is simultaneously both warm and crystalline. To round out the release, Tom Pavicich returns to the label for the third time with a version of Effy that teases the listener with a groovy bassline before taking a psychedelic direction with dissonant synths and effects.
