Since our last single released in 2020, this work, which is the embodiment of all the bitter and sweet emotions in my life, has taken its name by indirectly learning that the bird I found next to my car on a rainy and gloomy Istanbul day was the Ebabil bird. Ebabil has a structure that can fly for months without landing anywhere and can take off only when it leaves itself in the void, and when it falls to the ground in crosswinds, it can fly only when a person takes it in his palm and throws it into the air. Even if there are adverse winds and storms in our lives, music has become a tool that gives lightness and refreshment to our souls, like supporting the flight of the swift bird. I hope that the piece Ebabil will give the listeners a feeling of freshness and lightness, and I wish it to fly to beautiful souls.
