Cape Town producers Rudy Julius and Blanka Mazimela collaborate with German electronic artist Frank Wiedemann and vocalist Xolisiwe on Clarke, an emotive Afro-House record born from a unique moment of mentorship and creative exchange at Bridges For Music Academy. The project began when Frank visited the academy and connected with Rudy Julius, whose curiosity and dedication to music sparked an idea for a cross-continental collaboration. Rudy developed the initial concept and shared it with Blanka Mazimela, who added his signature Afro-House groove and production textures. The track was then elevated by the soulful vocal performance of Xolisiwe, bringing warmth and emotional depth to the composition. Named after Rudy's home area, Clarke carries a deeper story. A place often associated with hardship and crime becomes, through music, a symbol of resilience, creativity, and transformation.
