Heavy House Society proudly welcomes Dennis Quin with The Mindshaker EP, a three-track journey that channels groove, swing, and understated power through Sidney Charles' underground house imprint. The title cut, 'The Mindshaker', delivers a punchy, rolling house groove driven by a catchy vocal hook and hypnotic rhythmic pull. Crisp drum work and subtle tension shifts keep the energy moving with intent, locking dancers into a steady build that feels both direct and infectious. On 'Pure Perfection', Dennis Quin shifts into a smoother, more fluid lane. Warm, feel-good tones glide over clean, rolling drums, creating an effortless groove that balances restraint with lift. Polished and confident, it's a track that holds the floor without forcing the moment. Closing things out, 'Round and Round' leans into looping hypnosis and swing. Tight drums and small rhythmic variations keep the track evolving, giving it a playful yet focused feel that's ideal for long blends and late-night flow. An Amsterdam native, Dennis Quin has grown from local secret to internationally respected name, carving out a mature yet refreshing sound rooted in early Chicago and New York house influences. Inspired by artists like Kerri Chandler, Todd Terry, and Masters At Work, his productions blend heavy basslines with infectious rhythm, earning support from Seth Troxler, Enzo Siragusa, Chris Stussy, Josh Baker, Michael Bibi, and Benny Rodrigues. Alongside releases and remixes that opened global doors, Quin also runs his own EARDRUMS label and QuINvites event series, reinforcing his role as both tastemaker and curator. With The Mindshaker EP, Dennis Quin delivers a concise, groove-led release that fits seamlessly into the raw, floor-first ethos of Heavy House Society, marking another confident step in his ever-evolving journey.

Yann Polewka is the man in charge of the GLBDOM label's fifth outing and a fine one it is too. He brings plenty of timeless house vibes to the opener 'Keep On' with its Kerri Chandler style bumping kicks and feel-good piano chords next to subtle vocal chops packed with soul. 'Oblivion' is another upbeat, uplifting house cut with a classic underbelly and rich chords to get those hands in the air. 'The Light' once again layers up well-crafted chords, irresistible drum funk and nice analogue percussion. Last of all, Jesse Bru's Sea Of Change remix of the same tune brings a more deep and late night feel to close out a top EP.

With influences spanning jazz, ambient, hip-hop, funk, and beyond, his productions reflect a diverse musical palette while remaining grounded in club functionality - a sound he now showcases in full with his first outing for the UK imprint. 'I Just' captures that balance with a stripped-back yet weighty groove at its core. Rolling low-end pressure and skippy percussion form the backbone, while resonant synths add depth without distracting from its dancefloor focus. As a label debut and his first step into the Solid Grooves universe, the release marks a confident introduction to an artist beginning to carve out his space within the global underground.
