Gathering Music

The up-and-coming super duo Magnetizm delivers two certified house hitters, with La Santa and Mezomo stepping in on remix duties. Ibiza DJ Chus Jódar teams up with Alberto Cohen from Betoko, to form Magnetizm — a project rooted in the more organic side of house music. The duo presents two outstanding original cuts that perfectly capture their concept: ultra-groovy, highly functional DJ tools with a strong narrative flow. "The Eye" has already been road-tested worldwide by label owner Djuma Soundsystem and the duo themselves. Safe to say: we know exactly how this one hits. Slavic folk vocals blend seamlessly with a modern, percussive groove, driven forward by a haunting kalimba motif. Spanish artist La Santa, DJ Chus' partner on the Redolent label, delivers a hard-hitting remix that pushes the track into darker Afro-tech territory. With a rougher rhythm and serious drive, it's a true peak-time weapon. On the flip, "Deeper Lights" explores a more organic atmosphere. Softer frequencies and African vocals create a warm, hypnotic mood — perfect for open-air dancefloors, beach sessions, and sunset moments. Brazilian maestro and Izikí family member Mezomo was handpicked for remix duties. His reinterpretation of "Deeper Lights" introduces elegant piano melodies and a refined groove, elevating the track's emotional depth and rounding out a perfectly balanced EP. We bring you: The Eye!
