It's time for the first Chromologic Sampler of 2026 — already Chapter XX. As always, the series brings together five standout tracks from five different artists. This edition introduces two new names to Chrom Recordings, alongside three familiar faces, happily returning after previous appearances on our VA releases. Opening the sampler is Marko Ib(añez) from Mexico. Previously featured on Chromologic under his alias Die Propheten, Marko Ib now dives deeper into the realms of Progressive House and Melodic Trance. His sound blends hypnotic grooves, evolving progressive structures, and emotionally charged atmospheres that unfold organically, guiding the listener toward a sense of connection and sensory expansion. All of this is beautifully captured in his track "Scarlet Witch." Next up is RELO4D, a Brussels-based electronic music producer, live performer, and DJ inspired by art, technology, and analogue production. Following the recent release of his Organic House three-track EP on our sister label Planet Ibiza Music, RELO4D is now showing his more melodic and progressive style on Chrom: aerial, uplifting, and cinematic, drawing listeners into a shared emotional journey . His track "Aurora Drift" marks his Chrom debut, with a follow-up EP already scheduled for release very soon! The third contribution comes from The Fragments Of Time, also hailing from Belgium. Formerly known as Divestorm — a name under which he previously appeared on Chrom — he has since refined a distinctive and recognizable sound driven by deep melodies, hypnotic energy, and strong emotional depth. His productions and remixes have earned support from renowned artists and collectives such as Agents Of Time, Solomun, and Damian Lazarus. His track "Let You Know" is build around an outstanding female vocal and is set to make an impact of its own! Fourth on the sampler is GELIMA, another Belgian artist but currently based in Thailand and a resident DJ on Koh Samui island. Founded in 2025, the GELIMA project has already seen releases on labels such as Tanzgemeinshaft, Trippy Code Records, Dualis Records, Black Turtle Records, and Electric Eden Records, alongside a previous appearance on Chrom. His new contribution, "De Rio Suo," continues this upward momentum. Closing the sampler is Ruben Rietveld, aka R/Tistique, from Amsterdam — one of our favorite cities. R/Tistique channels his emotions and personal experiences directly into his music, shaping a sound that is both expressive and dynamic. With a title like "Time for Some Action," expectations of his Chrom track are very clear: expect some action on the dancefloor.
