Taking a brief hiatus from releasing on his own label, DJ Godfather hands over the production reigns to Plus Size Models for the next EP on Databass. Detroits Plus Size Models (a.k.a. Chris Sutton) describes himself as Ghetto Booty lovin House jacking Techno pushing Bass Lover, which hes proven through his DJ sets over the last 18 years, and much more recently via releases on labels like Dirtybird (where he made his track debut in 2019) and Spoon Fed Records (earlier this year). Delivering a fresh take on the Jit sound, with boundless energy, the EP opens with Fort Street Jit before the quirky Cork Town. Meanwhile the other two tracks Slipping and The Jam head further into ghettotech territory with a techno twist.
