Park Shadow is the project of Finnish producer Joonas Lehtinen, a figure whose roots stretch back to the late '90s Tracker era (where many early seminal OG jungle / D&B tracks were first rooted production wise). A very personal vision of drum and bass, this project reflects a balance between natural formlessness and urban grit. Park Shadow has (to date) released music on established labels such as Metalheadz, Dispatch, Straight Up Breakbeat, DSCI4, and Utopia Music. Across 2 releases (in sequence) for Dispatch Blueprints, Park Shadow delivers music born from instinct - capturing a feeling in the moment of their creation, untouched by calculation or compromise. Preserving that raw spark of creation, while paying homage to the foundations of jungle and drum & bass. Here we present the first of 2 volumes from this outstanding European producer.
