As 2025 draws to a close, we welcome an incredibly talented artist to klaus:elle with an EP that feels like an early Christmas present. Iranian-Canadian Niki Sadeki has been causing a stir internationally for quite some time with her energetic sets and her emotional and rousing releases. The first track, Out Of Reach, captivates with its driving arpeggio and striking melancholic synths, which clearly underscore the theme of the unattainable. For the second original, Niki has teamed up with Spanish artist DPAZ, who has been causing a sensation for over two decades and is no stranger to the international scene. For example, he plays regularly at Kater in Berlin and releases his music there on the in-house label Kiosk I.D. The track Spectral Motion immediately impresses with its mix of synthetic and organic percussion, warm synths, and atmospheric dubby elements. The two receive support in the form of remixes from two Swiss artists, Dachshund and Juli Lee. Dachshund has been shaping electronic music for almost 20 years with a clearly recognizable, timeless sound aesthetic in which he curiously explores the spaces in between and combines atmospheric, immersive soundscapes with powerful energy. Juli Lee, co-founder of this label, demonstrates her craftsmanship with her wonderfully groovy sounds and driving percussions.
