"Grip & Grace captures a period of inner friction and transformation, a moment where emotions moved faster than words could hold them. Without fully realizing it while creating, tensions, sensations and quiet shifts slowly found their way into the music, until sound itself became the language. It was only later, while finishing the EP and listening back to the tracks, that I understood how deeply this project had absorbed that chapter of my life. Between tension and release, softness and impact, Grip & Grace moves through something instinctive, intimate and deeply physical.
