Kostya Outta makes his debut on the label with a powerful double A-side. Based in Poland, Kostya has built a formidable career as a DJ and producer over the last 15 years. A regular on Mango Alley, Univack and more, his tried and tested sound is well respected in the industry, with luminary fans as wide ranging as Hernan Cattaneo, Solomun and Above and Beyond. A DJ first, he regularly travels the world soundtracking parties from 'Outta Space' in Sri Lanka to ADE shows in Amsterdam. Opening with 'Perseus', a deep rolling bass groove unfolds layers of percussive energy and dark sonics. Wonky and unique, the melodics reveal themselves midway, adding a joyful edge to the rolling vibe. On the flipside, 'Liberty' is a lighter groove. Aimed more at the warm up, keys lead the way paired to a powerful percussive underbelly. Building in intensity, telling its intricate story, the main break takes us off in new and unexpected directions.
