Polish drum & bass producer Adrian Rybka, better known as Satl, releases new single 'Cold Nights' featuring Children of Zeus member Konny Kon. 'Cold Nights' draws inspiration from late night sessions of listening to hip hop, channeling the influence of The Alchemist with its final form emerging through collaboration with Konny Kon, who delivers the title track's infectious vocal. 'Cold coffee and procrastination These day dreams slowly fading with an idle mind Disclipline, yeah distractions keep on whispering, sink or swim On repeat for the final time' 2025 marked a shift for Rybka, relocating to Poznan and a new city, new paths walked daily, new rooms filled with unfamiliar light. It also marks a quiet return home. While Rybka had felt disconnected from the Polish drum & bass scene, the benefit of distance and perspective has opened the door to new involvement. Ideas of contribution rather than extraction, building something slowly within a community that already exists. Satl's upcoming six track 'Cold Nights' EP, which the single gives its title to, documents a stretch of time rather than a concept. A period defined by movement, change of scenery, and the steady unlearning of old habits. It developed piece by piece, during late evenings, new mornings, and the in-between hours where routine slips and instinct takes over.
