SPADOK, meaning Legacy, brings together some of Ukraine's most formidable neurofunk talent for a release built around heritage, identity and resilience. Ukrainian neurofunk powerhouses Agressor Bunx, Paimon, CrucifyMe, Phenom and TheLena join forces on an EP created not only to showcase the strength of Ukraine's drum & bass scene, but also to remind the world of Ukraine and the ongoing war that continues to shape the lives of millions. Across six tracks, uncompromising neurofunk production collides with elements of Ukrainian culture, folklore and haunting vocal performances. Ukrainian singers July Vitraniuk and Darka lend their voices to two of the tracks, connecting traditional influences with the darker, futuristic sound of modern neurofunk. For Valkyrie Music, SPADOK is more than a release. We stand with Ukraine and are deeply honoured to provide a platform for this exceptional group of Ukrainian artists. All income received by Valkyrie Music from the SPADOK EP will be donated to Ukrainian charities.
