Celebrating two decades of musical exploration, this compilation charts the journey of the Input Output Putput radio show. The programme first aired on Jazz Radio Warsaw 106.8FM on 6 September 2005. Following the station's closure in 2008, the show moved to the online platform RadioJazzFM, where it continued to broadcast until its final episode in June 2025. As host Tomasz Guiddo relocated from Warsaw to Berlin, and later to Shenzhen and Hong Kong before returning to Berlin, the show travelled with him across the globe. Episodes were broadcast remotely from various breathtaking locations, featuring captivating interviews and showcasing some of the rarest, hard-to-find records in Guiddo's personal collection. This release captures the essence of those weekly transmissions, spanning spiritual jazz, ambient, future jazz, Afrobeat, deep house, Balearic beat, touches of rock, and all the unexpected sounds in between. Many of the featured tracks come from artists who appeared on the show as special guests. Stardust Memories: 20 Years of the Input Output Putput Radio Show marks the conclusion of a significant chapter defined by crate-digging, on-air conversations, and the vibrant community that formed around the broadcast. A limited 2x12" vinyl edition will arrive in 2026, launching the new Stardust Memories series to continue the journey beyond the final sign off.
Freestyle Man returns with a timeless double-sided statement: Cabinet Groovin'. Rooted deeply in the raw, hypnotic spirit of mid-90s club culture, the title track is a pure filter house workout — dusty disco loops, rolling low-end pressure and that unmistakable late-night swing that feels like it was cut straight from 1995 lacquer. Stripped, functional and irresistibly warm, Cabinet Groovin' is built for dark rooms, heavy systems and dancers who know. On the flip, Do It dives headfirst into sample science — a high-energy sample slaughter of the best variety. Chopped, flipped and re-stitched with precision, it channels peak crate-digging energy into a raw, floor-ready jam that balances musicality with pure club intent. The Cabinet Groovin' EP lands this April on FMR via Moodmusic, delivering two cuts that bridge classic house heritage with Freestyle Man's unmistakable touch — functional, soulful and built to last.
Finnish-born, Berlin-based producer Klas Lindblad (aka Freestyle Man, Sasse) dives deep into ambient and IDM terrain with Archipelago Files. Released via Electric Appliances, Moodmusics experimental imprint, the album is a meditative yet daring exploration from one of electronic musics most versatile voices.
