Botswana singer-songwriter Deena G makes her debut with a deeply personal EP titled, 'Transcend', that traces an electronic journey through attachment, love, attachment, healing, and evolution.\n\nRooted in lived experience, the project serves as an intimate reflection on the relationships and moments that have shaped her, moving through emotional complexity, difficult endings, and the process of becoming. Each song captures a different stage of that transformation, turning vulnerability into release and pain into growth.\n\nSonically, the EP blends emotive songwriting with rich, atmospheric electronic production, creating a body of work that feels both deeply personal and expansive. It is an ode to transcending difficult experiences and emerging on the other side as a stronger, more self-aware version of oneself.\n\nThe project also brings together an exciting selection of South African collaborators, including acclaimed producers Sun-El Musician, Frigid Armadillo, BlaQRhythm, and Ed-Ward, each contributing their own distinctive sonic identity to the EP.\n\nAt its heart, the EP is a story of feeling deeply, letting go, and evolving, a debut that introduces an artist unafraid to turn her most personal experiences into something transformative.
