Italy's Berny debuts on Monologues Records with a brooding slice of dark Italo featuring a wonderfully atmospheric vocal from Abrao. Its taut rhythm and bruising synths make for great remix fodder for label boss Ben Gomori, who turns it into a 9-minute epic which takes its cues from classic Underworld and Carl Craig slow-burners. Support comes from the likes of Massimiliano Pagliara, Eli & Fur, Mytron, Terry Farley, Joyce Muniz and Auntie Flo.
