When started the label, the idea was simple, to involve friends and local artists and build something small, honest, and community driven. With Family Portrait, I wanted to create a space where friends could come together and share their sound. Even though we all come from different influences, with different vibes and expressions, we all share the same values and often the same venues in our region. We're happy to showcase a second round of Family Portrait and also welcome our friends Paul Rude to the label, a DJ duo from Norrkoeping, Sweden, who have been active for the past 10 years in our local scene. Alongside Paul Rude, the compilation features Inter Gritty, Osch, Ebende, Kim Dahlberg and myself, Lex Ludlow. Enjoy! Peace & Love, BOX BOX
