Klaus:elle co-founder Nici Faerber teamed up with Markus Homm in the studio, and what came out of it are two groovy house tracks. Dancing in the Fire is a catchy groove bomb, with a beat structure that is repeatedly interrupted by violin-synth stabs and vocals, which adds a refreshing and defining character to the track. Basement Room is a bit deeper and more hypnotic, maintaining the drive from the beginning and even adding another layer with the drop, without appearing overly ambitious. Playful vocals, which move from the reverb to the foreground and elevate the break, effortlessly blend into the rhythm and carry the track to the next level. The two remixes come from none other than Leeni & Danilo Kupfernagel, as well as the duo DP-6, a music project by Vadim Indigo and Alexey Filin, which has been around since 2000. Danilo & Leeni have already made a name for themselves on labels like Muna Musik, Bondage Music, Sublease Music, and 3000 Grad Records, and are in high demand as DJs.
