Italian mainstays Supernova hook up with Dutch DJ/Producer Easttown for two explosive new singles on Lapsus Music. Supernova are long-standing figures in the global house scene known for their groove-led productions and high-energy DJ sets. With releases on respected international labels including their own Lapsus, they blend classic house with contemporary underground. Easttown has built a reputation for slick, driving house music, known for his releases on Hot Creations and Cécille Records. 'Work That Beat' sets the tone with a peppering of wooden, organic percussion. The drums swing, the bassline harks back to early Chicago, and viola stabs keep things fresh and human. 'Show Me' is another tight and funky track with a restless mix of drums and percussion, moody vocals to inject some soul and plenty of depth.
