'Double Droppin' EP' is made up of three tracks centred around bring back the peak-time 2010's techno sound. The first track 'Double Droppin'' is made with influences of the early 2010s techno sound fused with the faster and more harder styles of techno we have seen in recent years, combined trippy vocals and a big synth on the drop. 'Apollo' represents the switch between the younger styles of techno, more popular in the 2010s combatted with the more fast- paced sound of the new era. Where as 'Triple Threat' aims to take the listener on a journey through unexpected basslines and intense synth lines. 'These tracks give me a nostalgic feel to the times where techno didn't have to be so fast and (hard) I think the melodic elements really give the sense that these are 2 proper records and not easily put together. I made these tracks at a time where I felt pretty lost with the music i was making and DJing so i went back to my roots and made something with big melodies and powerful synths with big rolling kicks. This is the type of music I love to listen to and play.' ~ Alex Farell
