After an unforgettable 2024 with the launch of our label, were excited to kick off this new year for two great reasons : First, MINITEL Media is celebrating its 5th anniversary, and we treated ourselves to a state-of-the-art Polaroid to capture memories from our upcoming label nights.Second, were thrilled to welcome UK duo CLOSE PROXIMITY and the talented Frankfurt-based producer MARUWA to the label for our fourth EP release. CLOSE PROXIMITY was formed in late 2024 by Frank Brady and Demack. Their mission ? Crafting distinctive progressive music blending Proto House, techno, and trance influences. The two tracks we present here perfectly capture their unique sound. Pure Ascendance is a tribute to the airy, contemplative, Balearic progressive vibes of the 90s. With a groovy bassline, delicate yet precise synths, mesmerizing vocals, and uplifting piano chords, its the perfect ticket for takeoff. Acid is My DNA keeps the journey going with a slightly trancier feel. Expect stunning harmonies elevated by a soaring synth arpeggio in the final section .Guaranteed to transport you to a beachfront festival at sunrise. On remix duties, rising star MARUWA, known for her stellar EPs and remixes blending nostalgic elements from the 90s and early 2000s with a modern twist, delivers a hypnotic reinterpretation of Pure Ascendance. Her version features a devastating groove, relentless percussion, and dub techno-inspired arrangements. Its an epic journey into old-school tribal progressive trance that will set any dancefloor ablaze. Drums Dont Stop ! COME CLOSER ! Composed ahead of his successful All Live Long tour-featuring two sold-out Paris shows-Curated Sounds captures the raw energy of Vitess evolving live identity. Each track reflects a set moment: Last Play dives into deep tech house with melancholic warmth, Octave Five builds a layered progressive house journey, and My Name closes with acid textures. Landscapes Music keeps focusing on the underground deepest side of Progressive embracing all aspects from Techno to Trance. On this occasion, we wanted to go the extra-mile and have managed to provide you with both above mentioned styles and...ambient too! You better check out Basic Guy return to Landscapes Music from the main door: his new EP consists of two dub-ish techno inspired productions which we, at Landscapes HQ, loved so much to make our specific versions. So this is the background story of We Want Sun, a very special EP for Marko a.k.a. Basic Guy, and we wanted to honour it at the best with a list of remixes coming straight from Landscapes main heart. Plutonian is a sonic exploration of transformation, intensity, and rebirth—core themes ruled by Pluto, the celestial force that governs Scorpio. The EP embodies a deep personal evolution, reflecting the profound changes that have shaped MIINNAA over the past five years. Her Scorpio fiancé played a pivotal role in this journey, challenging her to break old patterns and embrace continuous growth and learning, much like Plutos relentless cycle of destruction and renewal.

Next up on Critical Elements we welcome Matty Wright to the label. Matty is a talent weve been watching for a while and boy has he delivered. If the Space Brothers/Lustral/Chakra released a progressive breaks track in 2025 we think it would sound like this, which is only a compliment! Mattys original take is the epitome of dreamy. Deep and atmospheric bass and percussion washed over by a stunning vocal from Francesca Payne. This track already sounds like a memorable part of our scene, did you hear it played at a sun kissed festival in 99, or was it in a club in 2025? To add to the release we looked to label friend Focus FL for a remix. He has released with us before and has really worked his magic on this one. Here he opts for a 4/4 makeover, speeding up the BPM and toughening the sound for a version perfect for the nights crescendo. Focus FL provides a journey of a remix for us yet again, the filtered vocal and changes in key building the energy and drama.
