Following the massive success of Torment, Bidoben returns to Sciahri's Sublunar with a new EP titled Jett, a record that showcases his distinctive and forward-thinking sound design, cementing him as one of the strongest figures of the new generation. The EP opens with Jett, a powerful and melodic cut marked by Bidoben's unmistakable sonic identity, followed by Voltage C, a refined and minimal piece with a subtle epic touch. The A-side closes with Tormented, a fierce reimagining of the atmosphere that defined Torment, demonstrating the artist's ability to evolve and expand his expressive range. On the flip, Hypernature sets the tone with captivating grooves and cosmic melodies, leading into Ashley Origami, a solid, floor-oriented tool designed for peak-time tension. The journey concludes with Edges of Normal, the most mystical track of the release, lighter in tone but no less engaging. The digital only version includes Plateau, a hypnotic, loop-driven piece with finely detailed sound design that keeps the energy in constant motion.
Spanish artist Jen Cruz makes her debut on ANAOH with 'Organic Connections', a three track EP of techno rooted in Detroit influences, hardgroove and jackin'. The release finds a precise balance between power and musicality, strengthened by timeless chords and vocals, solid foundations and relentless percussion that drive each track forward with purpose. Jen Cruz's work over the past few years has shown a clear artistic evolution and consistency, making her a natural fit for the label. For ANAOH, signing and releasing her music felt like a necessary step, aligned with both the label's vision and its ongoing exploration of forward thinking techno. To complete the release, Gene Richards Jr, one of ANAOH's close collaborators and a long standing favorite of both the label and Jen herself, delivers a forceful and finely crafted remix. His reinterpretation of the track 'Finish it' adds a distinctive layer through vocal elements that subtly evoke the spirit of 90s rap, bringing depth and character while maintaining the EP's raw energy.
Were proud to present Oscar Escapa with his latest release, Reborn, on Iturnem. Active since 2012, the Spanish techno producer has built a strong reputation through dedication and a refined, powerful sound, releasing music on respected labels such as Drumcode Ltd, Terminal M, and Planet Rhythm, among others. With three Beatport Top 1 releases and consistent chart success, his work has received support from leading artists including Carl Cox, Amelie Lens, and Richie Hawtin, to name a few. For his debut on Iturnem, he delivers a three-track EP of driving techno built on solid grooves, raw textures, and precisely engineered energy, designed for peak-time moments and immersive dance floor experiences.
Colorcode Records inaugurates its new Keenness sub-label series with a remix package of Roman LindausRaumgestalltung, featuring reworks from Stanislav Tolkachev, Developer and two interpretations from Myk Derill along a remaster of the original. Keenness will be launched as a sub-label of Colorcode to explore a deeper affinity for raw, dub-influenced and darker strains of techno. The series opens by revisiting one of the labels most pivotal moments: Roman Lindaus track Raumgestaltung which marked a key breakthrough for him in 2008. Its impact was cemented in 2009 when Len Faki selected the track for Berghain 03, positioning it squarely at the heart of the clubs defining sound. The following years only reinforced its status with Ricardo Villalobos later highlighting the track in a television documentary on Berlins club culture, while in 2014 Rolling Stone included it in a dedicated Berghain feature, naming it among the essential tracks that best represent the clubs sound.
Terence Fixmer unveils his new four-track Blade EP on his own label, aimed at both body and mind. Diving into a more cerebral, hypnotic strain of techno, the release bridges club functionality with deep mental immersion, before closing on a warm, subtle dub-inflected track that retains Fixmers signature twist.
