To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Defected Records presents a series of extra special collaborative releases together, integrating talent from the labels storied past and the stars of its future as the three founders of Brazilian label Dogghauz - Mochakk, Jay Mariani and Cesar Nardini - remix a Kings Of Tomorrow classic Finally featuring vocals from Julie McKnight. Originally released in 2001, the hypnotic house master Sandy Riveras soulful hit helped put the recently launched Defected Records on the map, reaching #24 in the UK singles chart and remaining a record box essential for over two decades. Nothing Else Matters returns with a high-impact release from Ben Miller as he drops the 'Pedal To The Floor EP' - following the success of his previous NEM release Ladies & Gentlemen, which quickly became a standout on the label and picked up huge support from Mau P, Prospa, Josh Baker, Seth Troxler and of course Danny Howard. The title track 'Pedal To The Floor' sees Ben link up with fellow Australian Soma, whose distinct spoken-word delivery gives the record its edge. On the flip, 'Bounce Back' keeps the energy high - bumpy, upbeat and made for the party. With a tour alongside Mau P lined up for March, Ben Miller continues to cement his place as one of Australia's most exciting rising names. The 'Pedal To The Floor EP' lands as another confident, club-ready statement for Nothing Else Matters.

Hot like lava, this next EP will wrap you in many different ways, reviving a ground that seemed left. Neapolitan hitmaker Joe Vanditti (Metamorfosi, Take Notes, Deeperfect) lands on La Zic soil with “Far Away” EP, enriched by a remix from Malaga’s rising duo, COCOA brand owners, and Studio Club residents of ART NO LOGIA. The lead track alludes to the mid-2010 tech house era, as rolling percussive toms flow beneath more modern minimal house grooves and nasty vocal chops, while titled “Infatuated” stands high on its own with funky guitar loops, subtle disco stabs, and captivating sax samples. Rounding off the EP, on “Deep Lights”, Joe explores deeper territories with lush pads, twisted vocals, and jumbling basstones, with ART NO LOGIA providing a crazy afterhours tool on their groovy, bouncy remix.

Nick Curly and Marc Scholl present the next chapter on Cecille Records - a collaboration where Reboot meets a new generation of Italian talent, Shoke. Frankfurt-based Reboot, a key member of the Cecille family, joins forces with the young and rising Naples-based duo Shoke for their debut on Cecille Records. Naples and Italy as a whole, has been home to a strong and loyal Cecille fanbase for decades, making this collaboration a natural next step. The connection was sparked through shared ties within the Italian scene, with Blackchild playing a key role in bringing the artists together and connecting Shoke and Reboot early on. From the very first studio sessions, a strong and organic synergy emerged.one that is clearly reflected in the music. The result is a collection of powerful, timeless house tracks with depth, groove, and character, blending experience with fresh energy while carrying the unmistakable spirit of Cecille Records.
