FELT wade deeper into the murky waters of contemporary Scandinavian electroacoustic music following the recent reissue of Johan Wieths Health & Safety project on sub-label LEFT and established gems from the likes of Civilistjavel! Ginte Preisaite, a Lithuanian artist and graduate of Copenhagens Rhythmic Music Conservatory, reveals her first solo release under her own name, following a collaborative effort with Toshimaru Nakamura in 2025 and a number of cassettes as Baraboro. The deliberately genre-blurring sound Preisaite deploys works with composed pop vignettes, sustained drones, FX manipulations and guttural bursts of noise. Sparse piano movements, sample-laden psychedelia and moments of big beat/trip-hop rhythms gel with crowd noise, close micd intimacy and experimental percussion with a focus on instrumental timbres and extended techniques. With a background in composing for large ensembles, Preisaite's multi-instrumental approach is evident across the eight tracks, moments of dense concrete-style sound collages anchored by the human voice never being far away. She laments on fantasy, absurdity and relationships as a cast of players contribute string, brass, accordion, and guitar parts. Passages move from delicate acoustic folk motifs through to wide-eyed, cut-and-paste glitch electronics and spectral melodic riffs, making the album an unorthodox and welcome addition to Denmark's current world-class music scene.

AMBASSADE ventures into the world of Manrira - a dark, alluring feminine presence that confronts systems driven by value, profit, and power. Emerging from dystopian structures, Manrira exists in the liminal space where organic and digital forces collide, merge, and mutate. This new audiovisual work is devoted to the enchanting acoustics of the human voice and its relationship to bodies, architectures, and shifting environments. At the heart of Manrira is the human voice - alive, breathing, and full of presence. It flows like a living instrument, shaping space and emotion. Manrira explores the voice as resonance, as body, and as spatial event. Opening with Manrira Dei Inferni, AMBASSADE plunges the listener into a cathedral of powerful, hypnotic choral chants, setting a spiritual and haunting tone. This ritualistic atmosphere continues into The Thurible Hymn, where research into Orthodox, Christian, and Catholic choral traditions, along with the human voice as a living, spatial instrument, shapes a sacred resonance. From this sacred intensity, the album glides into The Oracle, a deep, droning piece anchored by the earthy hum of a hurdy-gurdy. Dark, elemental, and cinematic, it conjures primal feminine energy, pulling the listener into an ancient, spellbound world. Cinematic and theatrical throughout, Manrira flows between ritual, drama, and movement. Two Theme From R.A.V.E. tracks, originating from Connor Schumachers award-winning dance performance, transform motion into sound, blending theatricality with immersive texture. The recording process was layered and exploratory: acoustic instruments intertwine with electronics, drum machines opening unexpected pathways, ethereal vocals soaring, and low-pitched tones grounding tracks like Togetherness. On The Influencer Accent and Gunslinger, the album pulses with dancefloor immediacy. Through it all, the human voice remains central a vessel for emotion, ritual, and liberation, bridging the sacred and the contemporary. Manrira moves from dynamic song compositions into extended structures, blending live bass, neo-classical elements, ethereal vocals, drum machines, breaks, and techno-driven textures. The result is an immersive experience that invites the audience to listen closely and reconsider their connection to sound, space, and their surroundings.

Take Me, I'm Yours is the first collaboration album between Alan Abrahams and Jan Jelinek. Released through the latter's faitiche, it builds upon multi-layered vocal sketches by the former. The Paris-based artist, primarily known for his work as Portable and Bodycode, supplied Jelinek with multi-layered song sketches that the German artist subjected to a rigorous process of manipulation, excavating the ambiguities of the original material and transforming its rhythms into subtle pulses. Take Me, I'm Yours is neither a typical Abrahams record nor a classic Jelinek album—it is something third, mediating between the physicality of the voice and the abstraction of electronic sound design. The two had crossed paths before really getting to know each other after Abrahams invited Jelinek to play at one of his Süd Electronic parties. The idea of a collaboration emerged slowly. "It started as an experiment, and over the past few years grew from a few tracks into this album," says Abrahams. He describes recording the basic material as a "tantalizing" process, not knowing how Jelinek would transform his material, some of which was based on wordless chanting, while other tracks were working with lyrical content. However, their mutual trust allowed Jelinek to remove the harmonies, radically reduce the rhythms, and concentrate on Abrahams' voice. Jelinek heard something "fragile" in this voice, "moments of doubt and dark premonitions." He points to Forever as an example. "Alan's original song reminded me of classic vocal house, but his voice seemed to almost break," he says. "This contradiction made the piece even bigger, because we hear a singer in the moment of an awakening." He further accentuated such tensions through arrhythmic synth modulations and time-stretching algorithms, while also adding concrete sounds from a variety of sources. With its dedication to both transforming and amplifying the emotional qualities hidden within Abrahams' pieces, Take Me, I'm Yours functions as a dialogue between those two singular artists.

Kind of like a mix of Satoshi & Makoto, Hiroshi Yoshimura, Hiroki Kikuta and the Karl Jenkins and Mike Ratledge soundtrack to 80's children's Television show 'Button Moon'.

Contemplating the role of the album format in an attention-deficient society, Speedy J presents Walkman -- a constantly shifting, 90-minute soundtrack to a journey of your choice. Jochem Paap's first solo album in over 20 years is a freewheeling, 20-track testament to his decades-deep studio skill and sonic versatility, running from skewed rhythmic rabbit holes to exploratory tonal abandon. For Paap, the traditional idea of the album had become obscured by listening habits and the non-stop information barrage of our digital lives. Having moved on from his breakthrough years releasing LPs and touring off the back of them, he was more inspired to develop his many-sided STOOR project and feed into a bigger artistic body of work than the temporary shelf-life of a single release. As is natural for any artist, his perspective shifted over time and he found himself drawn back to the idea of an album, realising he connected best with longer releases while he was on a walk, out for a run or generally in transit one way or another. With an endearing call back to the humble Walkman, he selected an hour and a half of material created during studio sessions at the beginning of 2025, perfectly sized to fit on two 45-minute sides of a cassette tape. As has long been the case for his studio practice, there were no fixed intentions when sitting down in the STOOR lab to start making noise -- just a wealth of experience and an expansive set of tools to start exploring with. From hours of jams Paap pulled together standout moments and moulded them into a mixtape-like narrative ranging from two-minute beat nuggets to full-tilt techno workouts and immersive ambient drops. Every sound is intentional, but the overall delivery is instinctive and curious, showing multiple new dimensions to Paap's sound and offering unpredictability at every turn. 'Arp mp Chasm' opens the album up in a thick blanket of humming, harmonic waves with an electric emotional charge, while 'Ctrssalms17 (Cold Render)' journeys through evocative blooms of melancholic, gritty pads and rugged, half-submerged tech funk. 'Modern Birds (Origin Edit)' reaches skywards with grand sweeps of dynamic, brilliantly rendered synthesis. From the dexterous drum science of 'Drift Vector' to 'Osc Hop (Slow Collapse)'s lurching, beatless swamp of synths, on Walkman even the briefest snapshots leave an impression that lasts beyond the quick-scan cycle of the modern music experience. With his return to the album format, Paap's message is clear --put your headphones on, get outside and lose yourself in the sound of an artist constantly committed to moving forwards.
