Time for another very strong release! Lets warmly welcome Stephen Moon aka Puresine with his debut EP on the Deepersense Music label. Stephen is a very talented and experienced artist from the USA composing music under various aliases. This splendid two-track release created under his Puresine alias is called The Ritual of Exchange and the title is not without significance, on the contrary, it has its important backstory. These tracks are both in memory of one of his best friends, Brad Humphrey, who died last year. Brad was big into studying philosophy, esoteric knowledge, and alchemy. So, this is a nod to the law of equivalent exchange. The law of equivalent exchange in alchemy means that something cannot come from nothing. In order to obtain a particular something, something else of equivalent value must be given in exchange or lost. Essentially, if you want to gain something, you must give something in return. This beautiful EP is in honor of the memory and a celebration of Brads life.
