Next up on Critical Elements we welcome Mind at Large to the label for a stunning debut EP. Mind at Large has released on labels such as Prognosis, ASTIR, Hexagonal and Krafted, showing a pedigree were very happy to welcome on board. First up is Not Lost, a fantastic early set progressive groove which winds up steadily through the gears, layering in a mesmerising synth which becomes more spacey and textured as the track grows. A rhythmic one word vocal stab builds to a mini vortex. Absolute quality production here from Mark. Next we have In Between Sunsets. As the name suggests this is a more downtempo track that could also work near the end of the night. The track features soothing yet soaring synths and strings, washing over you like a calming wave of warm summer sound, needed more than ever at this time of year! All in a quality release with two opposing tracks of both individual and stand out styles.
