The Otherwise label is pleased to announce its latest release, signed by Brazilian DJ and producer Cour T. Recognized for his residency at the renowned Dirtybird Records and for his performances in clubs such as Warung Beach Club, the artist is currently establishing himself as one of the highlights in the underground scene of Brazilian electronic music. Titled MIKRO, the EP features two original tracks - MIKRO and Esseaga - that explore the influences of Minimal, Deep Tech, and Indie Dance. The title track, MIKRO, makes an analogy to the concept of Minimal embedded in Indie Dance, reflecting a full-bodied sound and featuring meticulously produced elements to create a sophisticated and engaging atmosphere. The track combines sound textures, supported by a vocal loop that drives the composition, allowing even the smallest details to resonate in an impactful way. The balance between sound and space makes MIKRO a particularly significant track in Cour T.s repertoire, highlighting his ability to create immersive compositions that connect with the current moment of global electronic music. In turn, Esseaga carries a pulsating energy, while simultaneously maintaining the refined touch of the EP. With saturated synths and a dense beat, the track features a groove that fits perfectly on the dancefloor.
