Its three the hard way as Hardt Antoine teams up with label heads Adana Twins for the Feel EP. Adana Twins need little introduction, the creators behind Planet TAU, globetrotting selectors and widely respected producers. Hardt Antoine has already graced the label with his ingenuity, delivering a touch of class with his Many People EP in 2023. Together they have produced a three-track release that blends their creative ideas in a highly emotive, rhythmically captivating way, as you might expect... The EP gets up and running with Feel. A hypnotically oscillating low end is propelled by crisp beats and the repeated Feel female vocal clip. Energy builds steadily as that track progresses, with a nineties sounding breakdown - as the bassline comes back in, the stab-driven melody continues, followed by a siren-esque alert. This serves to elevate the energy and create a track that is already lifting the roof off dance floors worldwide. Forget follows up next, with a more lowdown tone. A darker vibe brings with it a morose bassline, sorrowful layers and a melancholy melody. The warped vocal, while harmonious, also complements the grey hues of this cut. Percussion-wise, the beats are pumping and are bound to get the dancing crew moving. The breakdown adds some brightness to this composition, before we head back into the gloomier atmospherics. Finally, Crazy also utilises a moodier low end than the opening track. Pitched up vocals evoke a feeling of the past, while the overall production quality and atmosphere is very much of the future. Melodic elements add a strange allure, and the whole thing emits a feeling of mystery and suspense. Brace yourself for an almighty breakdown that will send you into a frenzy. Crazy indeed...
