An authentic and unique artist, SeeMeNot returns to Defected with her first original Defected release 'Together', following remixes from Jamie Jones, Deetron and Roman Flügel for her hypnotic label debut 'Borderline' in 2022. Initially spotlighted as one to watch by DJ Mag and Beatportal, the Jamaican-Canadian artist and storyteller's innate lyricism is apparent with her releases incorporating jazz, soul and hip-hop influences alongside the anonymous artist's ethereal vocals, creating unforgettable deep house and techno compositions that pay homage to the strength, wisdom and methodology of Black and Brown women who have gone before her.
