'Felix' is a downtempo release from thds, dedicated to his newborn son. Warm, organic and unhurried, the two tracks 'Fugo' and 'Luara' carry the mood of early light and new beginnings without ever stating it outright. thds builds sound from the inside out. A multi-instrumentalist and multilingual singer, he manipulates acoustic sources, his own voice and a range of instruments into organic electronic textures that resist easy categorisation. His work moves between the personal and the environmental, and his slower tempos are a deliberate choice, creating space for something to actually land. Since his debut in 2018, thds has released on Bar 25 Music, Akumandra and Sol Selectas, and has performed at Claire in Amsterdam, Monsieur Mouche in Paris and Klein Garten in Istanbul.
